Our experience at Dick's Country was excellent! Our sales consultant, Chris McHugh, was amazing. He helped negotiate, on our behalf, the financing and got our payments right where we needed them to be. There is no-hassle pricing on all their vehicles, so you know what you're paying up front. The entire staff was amazing and so friendly. We felt like we received the ""red carpet"" treatment. We drove away in our new Dodge Caravan with a feeling of pride. Dick's Country even made it easier on us and took care of registering it for us. One less thing for us to worry about and one less trip to the DMV earns high marks in my book any day! They even made the experience easier on our 3 kids. They had a wonderful play room with a TV, toys and free popcorn. Our entire family was very pleased with the friendly, courteous service we received! Thank you Dick's Country! more

I found a used car online and went to the dealership at 7:30 pm. Randy had the car ready for viewing and a test drive even though they closed a 8. I purchased the car that evening and drove it home at 9:30 pm. The next morning the car could not be driven. Randy arranged for the car to be towed from Vancouver back to the dealership. Approximately $3000 of additional work was completed at no cost. The original price was $5000. Randy and the people at Dick's could have spent that energy on a large-ticket client yet all times I was treated with respect and kindness. I was impressed and thankful for Randy's genuine concern and integrity. more

AWESOME SERVICE GOOD BUY GREAT TRUCK! My husband and I live in Lebanon, OR and spent nearly a week driving all over the state looking for the right truck at the right price. And after walking away from a half a dozen other offers we had made, for either bad service or the wrong price, we were quite relieved to meet RANDY MAY from Dick?s Country Dodge in Hillsboro. Not only was the truck in near perfect condition, but the service was PHANOMINAL. Randy avoided all the typical ?Game Playing? that we had seen at the last 20 lots we had been on. He was upfront and to the point. The truck was listed on the lot for 18,000 and we walked away with it for 16,500 (all dmv fees included) and like I said there were NO GAMES! Dick?s Country Dodge is a HONEST place to buy a truck!! We have owned our Dodge Ram Truck for nearly 2mo and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Even though Hillsboro is about a 100ml from our home, it was definitely worth the drive!!! We will be back to see Randy May when it comes time to buy our next car or truck! more

I left in under 3 hours with the exact vehicle I needed for towing at a price I could afford, and with an extended warranty. I do not buy cars very often as it is 7/3/2012

I do not buy cars very often as it is not always a fun thing to do even if I like the car and the dealer, they cost a lot of money! I have to say that my experience at Dick's working Randy was the best I can remember. The information was quick and accurate. We took the truck I was looking at to my house and let everyone see it and make sure we all fit and then we worked out all the details and it was good. I did not feel pressured nor that any weird games were being played. I will for sure refer friends and family and will search here first for my next car as well. more

After shopping online for a new car I found Dicks Country to be the best option for me. When arriving Randy May was there from the beginning and really worked to find the best car that fit my new car wish list. After looking through all the available cars in the immediate vicinity there wasn't one car that hit all my tick marks. That didn't deter Randy who went out of his way, above and beyond to check all corners of the dealership. Randy was able to find the very car that had every requirement I was looking for, all the will being good company and making a new car purchase rewarding. I would recommend Dicks Country to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and courtesy. Plans to be back will be in our future for more car purchases. more

I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Challenger at Dick's Country Dodge and had the best car buying experience ever. Randy May's and the whole sales team (Naomi, Brian G. and Brian in Finance) were all great and a pleasure to work with. We found the car we wanted on another car lot in WA but wanted to buy locally in Hillsboro. We had been looking for over a month. When I called and said I was ready to buy and this is the car I wanted. Randy had the car I wanted here the next morning. We were able to get the car we wanted and a great intrest rate to as well. I am so happy with the experience I had at Dick's Country Dodge. more

I just purchased a new Chrysler 300C from Randy. What a great buying experience. Randy made everything easy (no hassles). They had to get my new car from a dealership in Tacoma, WA. I live in Dallas, so Randy drove the new car down to me, when it arrived. As if that wasn't enough he gave me an awesome loaner car to drive around in why I waited for my new car. Our family just bought another car from here. The price is great and the service is quick and easy and always fair. I wish all car sales guys worked like Randy. Dick's has a great service department and a really nice building. It seems like a great place to do business and it is. I highly recommend. more
