My experience with Tom's Floor Store was excellent. They got me out of a bind and got the material, and installed it in a really quick time frame for an important client. more

Lisa at Tom's Floor Store helped me pick out the proper flooring for the kitchen in a wedding venue we were building, and I think what she recommended was perfect. We did all the installation ourselves and it went in easily, just like she said. It also came on the day it was supposed to come on--which is rare in this business. more

Tom's Floor Store was very nice during the process. I ordered some tiles and some grout through them. I ordered a lot for my dining room and hallway. I did the flooring myself once I got the materials. more

From the moment I walked into the door, Tom's employees greeted me immediately and I had great customer service. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and you want to work with them. I have gone to box stores in the past thinking I was getting a deal, but it's not a deal if they don't follow up or take care of any problems.. Tom's has a huge variety of price points. We went to Tom's Floor Store to find some tile for our home and they were able to find a lot of custom tiles for us. They were pretty quick about it and getting what we wanted, they just had a good focus about them. They weren't forgetting who you were or anything like that, they always knew where the project stood. The entire sales staff was professional and courteous. It was our first time there but I think we would be back. more

Tom's Floor Store installed carpet and vinyl flooring throughout our house. The carpet turned out fine, but the installers did a poor job of installing the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. We've only had it for three months and the corners are coming up in the bathroom. We had to call them to fix an issue with the carpet and they came out and corrected the problem, but we have yet to call them about the vinyl flooring. We like Tom's Floor Store because their prices are competitive to the big box stores and their sales staff is knowledgeable, I just question their quality of installation. This summer I had a mold problem in the utility room. I have used Tom's Floor Store many times in the past, they have done my kitchen years ago as well as other areas of the house so I didn't hesitate to call them again for the utility room. I keep going back to them because they are reliable and do excellent quality work. They showed up on time and did everything they said they would in a pretty quick fashion. more

Tom's Floor Store had a great sales' department, but the installation had a few problems. During the installation, our paint got scratched up and the flooring was installed incorrectly so the door wouldn't shut. The installer didn't let us know or apologize for the inconvenience. Instead of remedying the problem, he kept making excuses. The sales guy was super friendly and helpful, though. more

I had indoor/outdoor carpeting installed in my front and back steps. The workers were professional and friendly. The prices weren't cheap but they were reasonable and what I expected, if not a little lower. I will use them again. more

I've been going to Tom's Floor Store for six years and I always recommend them to friends and family. With my most recent experience, there was a slight problem but they corrected it. I had them put carpet in my basement and they did a really great job, but afterwards they gave me the bill and it was a little higher than the quote they gave me. I called Tom and he was very understanding and told me that a quote is a quote and he would change the bill to reflect this. The girl at the front desk apologized and was very nice about it, they always go the extra mile with customer service. If you go to Tom's Floor Store, you will be treated fairly and receive a high quality product. more

We went to Tom's Floor Store to pick out flooring after we were referred by our installer and they were very nice and helpful. Taylor waited on us and pointed us in the right direction to help us find what we were looking for. There was also a line break in our kitchen and dining room area that I didn't like and Taylor gave us a brochure for another company that specializes in 14 ft. transitions since most transitions come in 12 ft. blocks. Overall, we were very happy with their services and they went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend them! more

My husband and I have worked with Tom's Floor Store for a number of years- not only on our own home, but we also have several rentals and whenever we needed one of those redone- carpeting, linoleum, whatever- we always used their service. We wouldn't go anywhere else because of their service and professionalism. We have been loyal customers and they have been very good to us. Their prices are reasonable compared to other places. If you go in to the store, they will meet you at the site to go over the project as soon as the schedule allows- usually within a couple of days. They will go over it and immediately give you the prices in a very timely manner. Once you've made your decision, you are put on the schedule right away- and it's not a far-out schedule, it's within a couple of weeks. They are awesome. We have worked with both Lisa and Tom, and both of them have just been wonderful. They have done our rentals and our own home. In our home we had all the flooring and carpeting completely redone two years ago, and it still looks beautiful. The installers they use are very good and they know what they are doing. They were amazing- they moved everything, even the piano! They did one room at a time and they really took charge of moving the furniture. They were very careful- nothing was damaged, everything was fine. From beginning to end, working with them is always a pleasure. I would highly recommend Tom's Floor Store! more

His service was very down to earth, and did not have a corporate feel to it. It was basically, I am going to help you with your floor, and he knew exactly what he was talking about. I've had a good experience with Tom's Floor Store. I was working on a low gloss vinyl project, and needed a seaming kit. Their store is centrally located and had what I needed. I was glad I didn't have to driver further out. Their staff is pretty friendly, and I know John from previous carpet work, so we were able to catch up briefly. I would recommend them. more
