Tom's Auto Glass Repair

I called to have window installed on my 1973 BMW. Initially I was sent out a young man with less than 2 years experience. He had no clue of what he was doing and destroyed the window lock I purchased from BMW...not cheap! He returns for a second day and had no clue how to use the tool he had to go back to his shop and get. Thinking this was a reputable company I paid for the job in advance and he never returned. I called him and his company and nothing. Don't use this company!! more

We called Tom's Auto Glass repair on Dec.12, 2012 to replace our two cars' windshields. The third car needs clips on the passenger window. He said they had the clips, but when the repair person arrived he had no clips, nor did they have any inventory for the clips. We were told he would come back the next day with the clips. So... we told them to go ahead and charge us for it ($555.00 for 3 cars) since he's coming back tomorrow, and to also email or send us the invoice. It's now Dec. 27 and nobody has shown or called. Everytime we call them it's, ""Somebody is going to be there tomorrow."" But no one shows up and they never bother to let us know! We have been repeatedly misled to believe that the problem would be fixed, only to be be disappointed again. This company exhibits a total lack of communication, and I would never recommend them to anyone. As I am writing this, Tom's auto glass was supposed to be here today at 4:30-5:00pm and they never showed or called. When we called at 5:15pm, we were told the repair person would be here in 30 minutes. It is now 6:45pm, NO SHOW & NO CALL... and STILL no invoice! We went to the address posted online but it's nowhere to be found! We are going to report this incident to BBB and our credit card company to dispute the charges! This has been a totally frustrating experience for us. Do yourself a favor and go some place else for auto glass repair. more

My son was and his friends were in the driveway playing basketball and ended up cracking the neighbor's windshield. So I had to get it replaced, or so I thought. Of course the replacement prices were alot. Then I came across this company and I called. The tech who answered really walked me through crack and said that it sounded like it could be repaired and save me a lot of money. In two hours that were at the neighbors and assured him that all that was required was a little glass patch work and everything would be as good as new. The work they didn more

Fast, friendly and professional, and all at a good price. I found that my side window had been smashed at 10 a.m., got on the phone and called you guys, opened my door to find you at my house by 11:30, and had a new window in less than an hour. more

I was carrying a bunch of metal poles in my work truck, swerved to avoid an accident, and ended up with one of the poles through the back sliding window. I'm lucky it stopped short of the windshield (and my head.) I'm also lucky someone recommended these guys to do the repair. Excellent work in a very short time frame. more
