Tomokazu presents a very artificial Japanese atmosphere throughout the entire building. There are a few sections on the side that allow traditional Japenese sitting w/o shoes. The fish is extremely expensive, but not incredibly good or fresh. The meat dishes seem to be the better part of the meal. The lamb chops and the yakitori are sweet, but not quite tender enough. The main problem with Tomokazu is that the price is quite high, while the food is only slightly above average.
Pros: Tasty Meat, Fresh Fish
Cons: Expensive, Artifical Atmosphere
