Tomball Pet Resort

I've been coming here for years and I won't go anywhere else. I am ALWAYS treated right and I know my dogs will be taken care of. The groomers are very well trained and my fur babies always look so cute when they come home. more

BEWARE---------I had my dog groomed at the Louetta location. After bringing the dog home I noticed he was squinting and unable to open his eyes. Took the dog to the vet the next day, and it was confirmed he had soap and chemicals in his eyes from grooming. Also, his ears weren't cleaned, and he now has an anal infection from a nick in the anal area from clippers.\r Spoke to the manager Christy, and she said sorry but ""My hands are tied"" I cant do anything to help you. Now, how professional is that? DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. more

DANGER\r My young and happy dog was returned listless and forlorn. He had obviously been neglected. Evidence indicates that he has been muzzled, choked and drugged. He is unable to bark due to the damage and pain. Please question the staff and demand a tour of the facility, and the decision to avoid this place will be clear. Read the reviews, knowing that TPR has themselves placed the five-star reviews. I'm currently building a case for legal action. more

I absolutely love the Tomball Pet Resort on Louetta! A few weeks ago I boarded my pets there when we had a last minute trip due to a family emergency. My two dogs Bo and Skylar absolutely LOVED it! ... When we came in to drop them off we were greeted by extremely friendly staff! They got to us right away and were very thorough when getting instructions from me for their stay. It was our very first time boarding and our little girl was very sad to leave them. The pet resort staff completely understood, and they allowed my daughter to come back to her cute little room to see where she will be staying and to say goodbye. Her room was very clean, had cute decorations, a bed, and a tv! My daughter came back up with a smile on her face, and was excited because she felt that they would experience a little vacation themselves! ... We got a great rate because of the weekly special they offer. They also had very inexpensive grooms the day we picked them up. They have EXCELLENT groomers, especially for it being so cheap! When we picked them up they looked AMAZING and smelled awesome! Bo and Skylar were excited to see us but didn't want to leave the pet resort! I guess that is a good sign! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and sweet staff! Very clean and such a fun environment. I will forever use The Tomball Pet Resort Louetta for everything. I even have enrolled both my dogs in their awesome obedience training program and their day care that's only 10 dollars a day!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants extraordinary and loving care for their pets!!! more

I have only used the Tomball Pet Resort located on Louetta and I absolutely LOVE this place for my little poodle!! It smells so good every time I walk in and their groomers do a wonderful job on Missy's haircut! I recommend this place to everyone I know with pets! more

I have used both Tomball and Louetta locations of the Tomball Pet Resort. I am completely impressed with the love they have for my dachshund. I get her a bath and nail trim every time I board her and she smells lovely and come out wagging her tail everytime! Thank you for taking such good care of my little Chloe! more

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE The Tomball Pet Resort!!! I have been to both locations, 2920 and Louetta and I must say I love them equally and so does my little Sally. We go to Louetta when we are going out of town for longer than 5 days because they have great specials and we go to tomball because they have pampered as well as luxury and Sally likes to mix it up :) All in all I highly recommend The Tomball Pet Resorts to anyone who loves their pet! more

This was my first time boarding my two dogs EVER! I was pleased with the atmosphere when I arrived for a tour. We dropped our dogs off the day before we left for vacation along with their food, toys and treats. Two days in to our vacation we received a phone call saying that one of our dogs had been severely injured by the chain link fence he was kept in. They said his face and jaws were all cut up. They told me they would call back when they observed his injuries further....I received a phone call about eight hours later stating they had given him benedryl (without my permission) and he was sleeping like a baby. They moved both my dogs to great dane kennels at the front of the shop. We didn't receive another phone call from them the rest of our vacation. Well, anxious when we got home we picked them up the moment they opened. My dogs face is STILL bleeding after this incident happened four days ago...He is acting completely strange like he's been beaten and won't even wag his tail! It hasn't scabbed up at all as if they didn't put any Neosporin on it or anything. Apparently he was drugged up the whole time without our permission too. Both of my dogs SMELL BAD even though they were both bathed the day they went and their toys are unbelievably disgusting. I worry that they didn't take my dogs out, give them attention or worse..beat them. They were going to stay here over Thanksgiving but NOT ANYMORE! NEVER AGAIN!!!! They even look like they have lost weight and we didn't receive any food back even though I sent a brand new bag that should have lasted about a week and a half and they were only there a week. more
