I was WOWED by the way Tom Williams presents the purchased vehicle to the buyer after all the paperwork had been done. The four wall glass room, sign with my name on it, and the unveiling made me feel very special. I felt I had become part of a very exclusive club. I have had my 328i for exactly two weeks and I have learned a lot about BMW and how special it is. Knowing BMW includes a 4-year maintenance is terrific, but knowing my car will notify me when it needs maintenance is even better. I can go on and on and already have to friends and coworkers about my new car. I had never thought of purchasing a BMW previously. Wish I had done this years ago. The BMW ?joy in driving? theme is certainly on the mark. It is fun to drive again and I do take the long way home now. more
