After a long week I realized I had not ordered the corsage for my sons dance this evening...I called yesterday, the order was guaranteed and I was reminded that the floris closes at noon today. A few minutes ago I realized I would not make it to pick up the corsage in time so I was going to send my son on his bike. I called Tom French and was told not to rush since it was starting to rain and he did not want my son riding his bike in the rain and he would take the corsage over to the butchers next door and we can pick it up there! How nice! We have used this florist many times before but after today, they are the only florist I will use. more

BEWARE! This florist will not honor your web orders or their published website pricing! His website processed my order, sent me a confirmation email and then he refused to send the flowers to my client in the hospital at the published pricing! He told me it was MY FAULT FOR USING THE INTERNET! more

Today is my 10 year anniversary and I wanted to get some nice flowers for my wife. I walked into Tom French Flowers and had a short conversation with two very knowledgeable ladies. With a few questions regarding the types of flowers my wife likes and how much I was ready to spend they said, ?Give us 15 minutes.? 15 minutes later and $63 later, I was given an awesome bouquet with gorgeous flowers (I don?t know the names of them, but they are beautiful.). Of course my wife would be the read judge. I surprised her with the exotically beautiful bouquet and she said, ?Wow?. She actually rated the bouquet a 10 out of 10. She said that she loved the colors (the flowers match the kitchen) and the exotic flowers. I would highly recommend Tom French Flowers. I wish I was able to add the pictures to the review, you would agree with my statements. Pros: Exotic and Beautiful Flowers, Quick Service Cons: None that I know of more

Tom French is the best florist I've ever used. Their arrangements are gorgeous, creative and totally unique. You won't find any carnations or baby's breath mixed in with these flowers! Each arrangement is tastefully done in an elegant vase with beautiful ribbon. Highly recommend!!! more

after ordering flowers and paying . Flowers not delivered at all. Additionally no one called even after giving 2 numbers if there were any problems . Obviously created a fiasco . more
