Tom went above and beyond the call of duty helping me when I was stranded. My father owns several car repair shops in kansas city and this is the sort of service that one gets from a really good shop. While driving home to Kansas City from Bloomington Il the serpentine belt on my jeep gave out. It was 6 PM on a Friday and I was literally in the middle of nowhere. Got a tow called and Tom shows up tows my car to his shop and then checks out the car and tells me that it looks like just needs a belt and he offered to replace it right away as he knew i was just trying to get home. He went so far as to go find a belt at a local parts store when he didn't have the one he needed in stock. He had it replaced and I was back on the road inside an hour. The whole experience was about 120 bucks which was not bad considering that included the tow to his shop which was 20 minutes from where I broke down. Thanks Tom It is much appreciated. more

This is by far the best shop in Jacksonville. Reasonable priced and honest service. When me and my wife went to pick up our vehicle they even washed and cleaned the interior at no charge. Recommend to the whole community more

This was the very first time I had ever taken a vehicle to an automotive place and it was the worst experience I have ever had and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!! First the did a 2 hour diagnostic, which didn't even solve the problem, they said I had damaged wire which they replaced. They did not replace it the cut the tip of it and reconnected it and I was charged $142 for just that. They then would not do any other work they told me my car was done and that I needed to buy a new starter which is why it would not start. We bought a new starter and that did not fix the issue. They diagnosed my car completely wrong, did not fix the problem, and over charged me. Then when we tried to discuss this with the owner to possibly get a refund, they refused to let us speak with him and they got very rude and snappy. I WOULD NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE BEWARE!! more
