Compared to my favorite places in Vegas and Los Angeles, Tokyo Garden is at the top of my list. It's one of the very few places that serve spanish mackeral and white tuna and they are always so fresh. My favorite appetizers are either the Shumai or the Fried Calamari, but the fried tofu is amazing as well. Try the Beef Udon for lunch with a spicy tuna roll. They use filet mignon for the beef! They're teriyaki beef is sublime as well, probably ribeye, or filet. If you're getting teppanyaki, I recommend the chicken, or the shrimp, but if you like beef, they're meats have great flavor. Service is always top notch and the fried ice cream is a great way to finish your meal if you can fit it in. People say that this place is expensive, but they're portions are enormous and they're sushi is actually pretty cheap for the quality.
