Great place for having fun. Also, if you are looking for a moonwalk rental check them out. I got a Disney Cars moonwalk with a slide and basketball hoop. The price included delivery and set-up and was less than the generic unit I had to pick-up and do myself last year. They are very professional and some of the hardest working / nicest people, I think they are the owners, that I have seen. We have a great time and it feels good doing it with a local company. more

Went to Tokens-N-Tickets a couple weeks ago for the first time. What a cool place. My kids had a great time and my big kid husband was having such a good time he almost refused to leave (had to drag him out). Last weekend we had a birthday party for my oldest son and the kids had a blast. We scheduled for 8 kids and 4 adults and had 15 kids and 12 adults show up. The staff accommodated us and made sure everyone was taken care of. Even the huge mess we made they told us not to worry and they took care of everything. The kids actually ate the food (if you're a parent you know how hard it is to get them to eat anything especially if there is fun to be had). They even asked if we had any special pizza requests and put them on the buffet. Really like the salad bar and the chicken was downright awesome. Our party had the buffet / drinks, bounce house, 1,000 bonus tickets and the tokens. It was a really good value. Absolutely love the colors and the upscale feel at an affordable price. Highly recommend. We'll be using our party gift certificates in the next few weeks. Also, be careful if your husband is a big kid like mine - we had to buy him extra tokens to keep him happy :-). Also, I beat him at the huge Connect 4 game they have (just to rub it in). Next time I will have to let him win...... maybe. more

I am not one to complain about businesses in Fort Wayne, but this time I am going to make an exception and warn all parents to beware of the New Tokens and Tickets on Coldwater Road. I was very excited to take my three young children there for a night of fun, but instead left feeling sorry for the owner and frustrated we wasted our time and money. We used the 39.99 coupon which included buffet, bouncey zone, and tokens but after paying for drinks that are not included the price it was over $50. The worst part was we were there less than a hour because of the many deficienties. The pizza on the buffet looked as if it had set there for hours. I would not let my children eat it due to the flies and gnats on the buffet. The salad bar was okay but the cottage cheese was warm which makes me wonder if everything was kept at the right temperature. My kids did get ice cream even though the motor on the machine was broke. The game room was 85 degrees according to the thermostat on the wall which made it impossible for my girls to jump in the bouncey zone (which consisted of 1 small basic bounce house) for longer than 5 minutes without becoming overheated. Several of their games were not working properly, and I guess the worst part of the whole experience was the owner. Instead of being apologetic for all the issues we were having he blamed me for not bringing it to his attention earlier. I was not looking for a refund but more of an apology or even reason why the place was in such bad condition even though it is new. I realized that I was better off walking away and told him good luck. With a poor establishment and an owner with an attitude, he is going to need it in this days economy. Chuck-e-Cheeze and Crazy Pinz offer the same amendities at a better value and is definately under better management. more
