Todd's Car Wash damaged my vehicle today. I understand that accidents can happen, but I assumed that Todd's would take responsibilty for the damaged that they caused. I was wrong. The manager was not at the location, but the cashier let me talk to him on the phone. The manager told me that he was on the way to the car wash to talk to me about the accident. After an hour of waiting for the manager, I told the cashier that I would call the police if someone did not talk to me about the damage that they caused. The cashier got the manager on the phone, and told me that he said he did not have time to mess with me. He also told her that I could call the police if I wanted, but he would not pay for the damage done to my vehicle. Is this how Todd's Car Wash treats its loyal customers. Tommorow I get to go to my car's dealership and find out how much it is going to cost me to be a loyal customer of Todd's Car Wash!
Pros: Sometimes they do a good job washing your car.
Cons: Sometimes they damage your car, and refuse to pay for the damage
