Did an oil change at todd car wash and find out when they did the oil change they didn't tighten the oil cap and it seems like their window sticker is not proof enough of the service because ""anyone can make the sticker"". Do not recommend!!!! more

I always go to Todd's when I'm in Lafayette. They have never damaged my car, but I read that only a few types of cars get damage from car washes because they are made cheap (Pontiac Grand Am mirrors). Pros: Consistently good cleaning Cons: Sometimes takes a little while more

Todd's Car Wash damaged my vehicle today. I understand that accidents can happen, but I assumed that Todd's would take responsibilty for the damaged that they caused. I was wrong. The manager was not at the location, but the cashier let me talk to him on the phone. The manager told me that he was on the way to the car wash to talk to me about the accident. After an hour of waiting for the manager, I told the cashier that I would call the police if someone did not talk to me about the damage that they caused. The cashier got the manager on the phone, and told me that he said he did not have time to mess with me. He also told her that I could call the police if I wanted, but he would not pay for the damage done to my vehicle. Is this how Todd's Car Wash treats its loyal customers. Tommorow I get to go to my car's dealership and find out how much it is going to cost me to be a loyal customer of Todd's Car Wash! Pros: Sometimes they do a good job washing your car. Cons: Sometimes they damage your car, and refuse to pay for the damage more
