I actually had a great experience there in 2008. I went there looking for another dress and found two that I loved. The hardest part was deciding which one! The owner is a sweetheart and she really cared about making me and my bridesmaids happy with our choices. more

It is sad that this place is still in business. I had a misfortune to buy my dress from this store in 2008. I was pushed for custom made dress, never told it was extra 100 dollars. After reviewing receit realized it and called the store, got no help from them to switch to normal size. When dress arrived it fit so badly that alterations only made it worse. When attemted to resolve the matter, phone calls were left unanswered, showed up to the store, and was almost pushed out with the door and got letter that I am not allowed back. The store still owes me 189 dollars for dress preservation that was never provided. That I refuse to get because a) I am not allowed in the store, b) I have no reason to believe in any services that this store is provided. Luckily ended up finding a store that not only worked with me so close to the wedding, but did not charge rush fee. Got new dress by the same company as the other size 10, that needed minimal alterations. So much for custom cut I definately did not need at 5'9"" 139lbs. At least the other reviews are around and not deleted like mine years ago! I guess I am still hoping that the store has enough conscience to return the money that is not theirs for services never provided regardless the circumstances that took place! more

Waste of money/ Buyer beware! I recently found Toast Bridal's online store when I was searching for a fabric swatch for the bridesmaid dresses that we were considering for my upcoming wedding. The salon where we tried on the dress did not have a swatch of the exact material/colors I was interested in so I decided to look elsewhere. I had just purchased swatches from another salon for a different dress designer at $1each for a 3"" x 4"" swatch of fabric. When I found Toast, they were selling a swatch for $3.99 plus shipping, but I really needed something to match vest, ties and reception items to, so I ordered 2 of each of the colors we were considering. I received a standard envelope in the mail about 5 days after ordering and upon opening found that the swatches were each only 1"" x 1"" in size. I could not believe that a bridal salon would charge almost $4 each for a piece of fabric that is no bigger than a quarter. The salon is not responding to my e-mails, so I found that this is the best way to warn others of their horrible sales practices. more

I used this company's online measurement guide to order my dress and ordered a size 4 which I thought was too big since I'm a petite person and normally wear a size 0 dress. My sister ordered the same size in the same dress and when she received her dress she told me that she was swimming in it (and she's about 20 pounds heavier than me). I hadn't receive mine yet and told them that I would like a size 0 instead of a size 4 since it hadn't shipped yet and they were so unhelpful and told me that I couldn't get another size and that the only thing I could do was buy the size 0 AND the size 4! So, now I have to pay an arm and a leg to alter a dress that should have fit because I used THEIR measurement guide. more

Toast Bridal is a great little bridal salon! Angela was wonderful to work with and provided excellent customer service. I was hoping for a larger selection of gowns, but did like the samples available. Alternations are not provided on-site, which could be a bit inconvenient for brides looking for a one stop shop. Gowns were priced similarly to other bridal salons. I did not end up purchasing my gown at Toast, but would highly recommend visiting this shop! An amazing little shop where you can get the true boutique experience without spending a fortune. The selection of bridal gowns is very limited (about 30) but they are all beautiful classy gowns, many under $1000. The service and atmosphere were the best I encountered in all my shopping! A friend had visited this store while looking for her gown and recommended I go after several weeks of frustration looking elsewhere. It is a smaller store with a limited selection, but a really nice atmosphere and good selection of different styles and prices (my dress was a little over $1,000 and amazingly included some alterations). I have had the best experience out of all of my friends who are getting married this year. The whole process of trying on and buying my dress was fun and stress-free. If only all my wedding vendors were so easy to work with!!! more
