I've had the misfortune of having to use TLC animal hospital 3 times in the last 5 years, and each time seems to be worse than the time before. The staff is rude, service is slow and poor. The only thing this group is concerned with is making money on distraught pet owners willing to pay their outragous rates with the hope of healing their sick pets. They need to clean up their act and provide the compassionate care their name implies. Pros: office location Cons: office staff more

Lifesavers. 5/4/2006

We brought our cat into TLC's emergency room after she collapsed. The vets are very competent and the techs are gentle. Their facility is very clean and their prices are reasonable for the area. They have easy access to excellent specialists as well. Pros: Excellent care, Caring techs, Fair prices more

Fair Prices, Poor Treatment 4/17/2006

My cat was seen there back in October of 2005. At that visit the handle of my cat carrier was broken off by tech staff. I've received the run-around from them since and they still have not replaced the broken carrier. Staff there could not care less about anything accept when they get off the clock - at least that's what they vocalize. And my regular vet there has gone on the better things. I, of course, will not allow them to treat my pets any longer. Look for another clinic is me rec. more
