Tj Maxx

It was my worst experience with stores like TJ Maxx in Orem UT. I was very dissapointed. They ruined my day. They are absolutly irresponsible and they will not do anything to fix a situation!!!! I am not a picky customer, and it is hard to make me mad... I was shooping there, and their cardreader wasn't working, so I was using a credit card and I couldn't just go and take cash out of it, so I made an arrangment that I will be back next day. They said that it is totally OK! So I was driving all the way from Spanish Fork to pay for my stuff...and what I got! I was in line for 20 minutes, because cashiers were sooooo slow... It was only 4 people in line. After 20 minutes I finally could speak to a cashier. He told me that there was no bag for me!!! Imagine how mad I was. And he was so bored.I got NO help. My purchase was worth of 92 dollars. more

I will admit that I have a weakness for Tj Maxx. Not only can you find some good deals on clothing, but you can also get great finds in the shoes, books, and housewares departments. I have seen Mizuno running shoes for $26 and have purchased 400 sheets for $20 (clearance), a high-quality pasta machine for $15, and a Kim Parker canvas print for $30 (clearance). Their baby books at $3-$6 make great shower gifts as well. This is one of those places where it is best to look often to find the best deals. more
