I arrived on a Sunday just as the store opened at 10:00 am - actually the door was unlocked just before 10. I was greeted by a very pleasant young woman who retrieved my items very quickly. I hope she is working the next time I go to Tirpok, but all of the people I have met at the store have been very nice. more

Every time I visit, I get a real nice greeting from everyone. You can even do some small talk and not feel like you are putting anyone out. Every once and a while there is a slight snafu with my cleaning - usually the button of one shirt that gets loosened during the process, but it is addressed and taken care of immediately, which is all a person can ask. The hours are great. I get home late and appreciate the store being open til 7. The Sunday hours are also convenient. In two words: Good job! more
