Everything went very smoothly, and being new to the area I had over 20 shirts alone, and they came back looking great. I will utilize the bag service for quick drop offs, the only negative is that the Lebanon location is the only store without 24 hour drop off. The employee's were very nice and knowledgeable. It would be great if u didn't have to print out. the coupons each time. Overall it was a very good first impression. more

Excellent experience, just didn't know at dropoff what my costs would be for a zipper replacement on an athletic jacket and dry cleaning for a shirt and suit. I told the young lady I had just moved in the area, so it would have been nice to know my costs for all services requested. more

it was great . I explained to the woman at the counter that I was from out of town but I work in the area and I needed my shirts back the same day and she made it happen. I didn't realize how inexpensive it was to have shirts professionally pressed. I will never attempt it again myself.. I will be bringing my clothes here from now on. more

The ladies at the front counter were friendly and informative about the process of even starting an account with Tirpok Cleaners. I definitely will be going back.
