Very disappointed with overall service. Pricing was normal for the procedure. However, they can't seem to get the temporary bridge right so had to have 2 made. The permanent bridge was lighter than my teeth so delayed. The office staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Bottom line, I would NOT recommend Bonita Dental Care! more

In short, They did shoddy work, overcharged me and finally discharged me when I complained. I have never had similar experience from a dentist and hope to never have one again. Bonita Dental Care, you be ashamed!!!! more

Disguted 5/19/2012

I would NOT recommend this dentist!!! I went to Dr Eck at Bonita Dental Care for a filling replacement and I was quickly sold a bill of goods that cost me over $7000 for veneers. In addition, the office manager billed me for services I never recieved and took weeks of arguing to get my money back. My veneers have since started falling out (a couple of months after they placed them on my teeth) and they will NOT repair them. more

Unethical and wants your money 8/10/2011

Do not see Dr. Wallace! Fraud! Went in to have a cracked porcelain crown replaced and was quoted a reasonable price. While sitting in the chair waiting for the laughing gas to take effect, I overheard him tell the dental assistant that I was quoted the wrong price. The price they gave me was for a metal crown, much cheaper, and not a porcelain crown, and that he will wait a couple min minutes for the gas to ?relax me? and then inform me that he would be putting on a metal crown for the same price as the more expensive porcelain crown. Unethical! more
