Dr. Vaughn and his staff are professional, compassionate and competent. Not only are they stellar with animals they are fantastic with people as well. Last year we adopted a dog and brought him in for a check up. The dog tried to bite Dr.Vaughn and he told me that he didn't think this was the dog for our family as we have two young children. My kids had already fallen in love with the dog and I didn't know how I was going to break the news to them. Dr. Vaughn kept the dog overnight at his kennel facility while I made arrangements with the shelter to return the dog. In addition Dr. Vaughn let me borrow his personal copy of the Dog Encylopedia and suggested that I tell my five year old daughter Dr. Vaughn said she could pick out her new dog from the book. I dealt with Tipton Ridge for four years before I moved west to California. Dr Vaughn is still, in my opinion, the best vetrinarian I have dealt with in the US..and in the past twenty years, that number is not small. He and his staff are dedicated, knowledgeable and caring beyond belief! He can be assured that if I need the best possible care for any of my animals, I would not hesitate to put them on a charter flight to Pulaski so their "Dr Randy" could check them over and make them feel better! His hospital is comfortable for the clients as well as the patients and his staff is a true joy because they understand not only the professional side of their jobs, but the animal owners' side as well. You never need to worry about the care your pet receives. An absolute beautiful faciltity itself. You know they are treating your pet as if it were their own. FREE PUPPY CHECKUPS AT 6wks old. I called Dr. Vaughn's office this morning at the recommendation of many friends for my 6 newborn puppies to be checked out. I was soooo surprised when I was told that there was no charge for this service. He will definately be getting more of my business!! more
