Stop looking for a landscaper.......once you find Tipton Landscaping, you have hit the jackpot!
I was searching for a landscaper to start from nothing but a yard full of weeds and had 4 different people come over to look at our yard and help us figure out how to fit a lot of things in a small yard.
A couple of them were nice and had a couple ideas, 2 of them never even followed through to get us a bid. I called for 2 weeks to these others just trying to get a bid and never did. One landscaper even told us that it wasn't possible to get everything we wanted into our smaller yard.
We were referred to Tipton Landscaping by a friend and that was the greatest blessing of our lives! Brandon showed up, so energetic with tons of ideas and creative things we could do to make everything fit that we wanted. Nobody else had even come close to these amazing ideas. He really cared about us and our family and treated us as friends, not just a job. Within 15 min after we were done looking at the yard, he had a bid written up for us and in our hands.....slightly different than the 2 I was basically begging for a bid. His bid was super competitive to the others and we were getting a lot more things for about the same price. We felt VERY good about them and signed up on the spot.
The communication was amazing, Brandon was so great to keep us updated every step of the way with what they were doing & what the plans were. They showed up every time when he said they would. He was at the site multiple times a day checking on things, having me come out and look at everything and make sure I was happy with it all and checking to see if there is anything I wanted changed. I have never worked with anyone that was so on the ball in this line of work and he was always so nice and I felt he truly cared about us and our satisfaction.
They were very quick at getting the job done, from start to finish, it was just over a week. They went the extra mile fixing and adjusting things to make everything perfect without me even asking. They threw in several extras that I wanted for nothing and spent a lot of time making sure it was just perfect and that I was happy in every way.
They have been very fair in me getting them paid and worked so well with me on any issue I had. I feel so happy & so thankful that I was introduced to them. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I have talked to many neighbors that had a terrible experience with their landscaper and heard my story and have asked for Tipton's number after seeing their work and hearing how amazing they are. So many of my neighbors have stopped and commented on how incredible the yard looks and what a great job they did.
They also referred me to RJG Construction for my concrete work and that was a great reference as well. We had a lot of concrete poured and they did a fantastic job on that. We have been so pleased. There were a couple things that we wanted changed with the concrete and they were right there to take care of them.
This whole experience has been an amazing one and you cannot go wrong with this company. I am very picky and they have exceeded my expectations by 110%. Thank you Tipton Landscaping! I will tell everyone I know about you!
