Went for a wedding consultation and never even got an introduction. I felt like they didn't hear what I was saying, and was straight-up told that I had planned all my seating for dinner wrong because the manager would do it differently. Did not seem excited or even willing to be involved in my wedding. I didn't feel I should have to defend my wedding colors/seating choices/plans to my florist, so they will not be my florist.\r \r Rude, not helpful, not friendly- would NOT recommend. \r \r Try About Vase down the road, off Cantrell. Very helpful and happy to be involved. more

?Great Service in Little Rock!!? 10/18/2010

I have never ordered flowers before, and thought I would send some to my girlfriend. I was told to use a local florist instead of a service online. I ordered from Tipton & Hurst. I initially did not know what to send, but they made it really easy. The lady walked me through the order, and helped me find the perfect gift for the right price. I will use them again in the future. more

Refreshing Experience! 8/30/2010

If you are like me, you find it hard to find great customer service. Look no further. Tipton Hurst will take care of you. I called in the afternoon and assumed getting something delivered would be impossible. They listened. They jumped right on it and delivered the same day. The flowers they delivered were amazing. I will definitely use these guys again. more

Tipton & Hurst has outstanding people and a policy guaranteeing satisfaction. If they ever mess up, they make it right and then some. We have never been disappointed and are proud to do business with this 100+ year old business. They have the best selection of flowers and very talented designers. First rate business. more

Everyone deserves a second chance, but....... 8/24/2006

I wouldn't recommend Tipton and Hurst. Today is my birthday and I was supposed to receive flowers delivered this morning....well it is 2:00 pm and I am still waiting, so my dad called to find out what the problem was, and they had it scheduled for next Thursday! This was their second chance...the first time was this past Valentine's Day when my 4 year old waited and waited for hours looking out the window for her flowers and bear. After several phone calls, they showed up at 9 p.m. that night. They did give us a free box of candy, but that is beside the point. I vowed to never use them again after that, and today validated that for me. more

Great People, Great Place 1/10/2006

TiptonHurst is truly is a great place, with high quality flowers and friendly service. I would recommend it over any other florist in the state of Arkansas, including orders going out of state or out of the country. They take very special care with everything. And the Logo is no lie, satisfaction guaranteed since 1886, they live up to their word :). more

A full florist and gift shop 9/14/2005

Tipton and Hurst are known around Little Rock as a great florist. When I have been in to buy something they were very nice and helpful. They are not the cheapest in town but they are among the best. more
