I would never go anywhere else for my tires...I send my whole family and everyone else there. They are great and do a good job. I have never experienced anything other than friendly service and great work. They do other work to and we sent our daughter there for brakes. She was thrilled with the service! more

Tiny's in Sumner is the best !!! 10/1/2010

To Jake....My God, you must be a customer from hell !!\r The staff in Sumner is just the best in any shop I have ever been to. I have had work done at various shops for over 60 years and I have never had a better experience than I have had at Tiny's in Sumner !!\r A few years ago I had an oil change on a rather exotic sports car, next morning there was a small spot of oil on my garage floor....I called Tiny's and they sent a man over to not only check it, but to clean the floor !!! Where, anywhere, would you get that service ?!?\r The staff....every one of them....are the BEST ! The work is the best ! Every one is friendly, great at what they do and helpful.\r I would never take a car, truck or any vehicle to any place but Tiny's in Sumner for work or service !!!!\r You want the best....go here.\r Mac more

BAD EXPERIENCE 7/7/2010

I found myself absolutely shocked at how rude the staff was and how unwilling they were to fix their mistake. I had my tires rotated and the last mechanic to touch it torqued my wheels down to hard and when I was driving one of my lug nuts snapped off. I have done $3000+ in transactions with "The Tire Factory" and the fact they wont make it right with such a simple problem made me furious. I got HUNG UP ON TWICE before I gave up and called a different tire factory that actually cared about their customers.\r \r I also know many people who have had bad experiences with them so I would not recommend them to anyone I know. more

New Tires 11/17/2008

We have bought many sets of tires from Tiny's Tire in Sumner, WA.\r They are located right in downtown Sumner, so while you wait you can enjoy all the quaint little shops and eateries within a two block radius of their shop. Usually you can't get through all the antique shops before they call and let you know your car is ready. more

Great Tire Place 7/10/2008

We have bought several sets of tires from Tiny's. We have also had them do brakes on our vehicles. We have gotten excellent service at a good price. They also do free tire repair and that has come in very handy. I recommend them for excellent tires & service. more

Good service at a good price 9/16/2005

Good quality work, I have bought several sets of tires and had a couple of other services done by Tiny's. Always friendly, with good labor rates and fast service. Took them less than a day to do a clutch job, brakes were done in a few hours (pads, rotors replaced and repack on bearings.) Free tire rotations, and very "woman friendly" per my wife (no bs, take the time to explain the repairs, willing to return bad parts) PROS: Inexpensive, do job right, refers work they can't do to others CONS: Busy, sometimes difficult to get an appointment especially on Saturdays more
