Tiny Tim's Moving & Trucking

I found Tiny Tim's randomly through a google search a few months ago when I was moving out of my apartment in Portland. I had called around to get prices for a few movers in the area but Tiny Tims definitely gave me the best price and said they could do it in the shortest amount of time. I was a little aprehensive because they don't have a website and they didn't seem like one of those big well-known companies, but I went with them anyway. And I'm glad I did! They showed up right on time and were very friendly. Two guys came with a large truck and moved all of my stuff from my one-bedroom apartment, drove 30min away to my storage unit, unloaded everything into the storage unit, and they did all of this in only 2 hours!! They wrapped all of my furniture and were very careful with my precious belongings. I'm moving into a new place in a couple weeks and I will absolutely call Tiny Tim's again! Like the other reviewer, I found Tiny tim movers feeling they could pick and choose what they could do. I paced 500 dollars only to be told they would only move half my 1 bedroom apartment because the movers were hot in August after doing another gig. \r \r When complaining to the owner of the company, he looked as strung out as I had ever seen a man and offered no compensation. \r \r As well thier graffi tagged trucks are a serious eye sore on the Portland waterfront. I hired Tiny Tim's Moving for my move into East End Portland. At the end of the move I was informed the movers were unwilling to move the last item the top of a China Cabinet up the stairs and where they should leave it. I, upset and shocked, had to call a friend to move the cabinet myself after the movers left. I wish the story enede there. I talked to the owner and was told I was in the wrong for being upset. It continued as he felt he shouldn't have never apologized for his men in the first place. After the conversation turned into a near shouting match, and when I said I would complain and possibly go to small claims court he said fine if you are ready for the backlash.
