Unfortunately When you have been in business for 15 years you have ex employees who take their time to post bad reviews about your company. However, we are a company that has been serving Florida for 15 years and 95% of our customer leave us with video reviews of how happy they are with our services. Owner seems to know what he is doing. But they were very difficult to get a hold of for scheduling the appointment. The owner apologized and stated that they were going through administrative changes. As a business owner I understand how difficult it can be., but in the end they did a great job. more

First, they set my appt for between 1-3pm, never showed up or called. Then they called at 4:10pm & left a message they'd come some time before 7pm. They came & worked until dark, semi-finishing the job. I could not see the finished job as it was dark. The next day in the light I was horrified at the extremely poor job. The film tint wasn't adhered in places, debris under the film tint in places & my window glass scratched in MANY places. In addition, they left my car & driveway littered with trash (film tint pieces) & broken plastic trim within my car (without notifying me it was damaged. I would never recommend this company. more

On May 10th at 3:20 EDT my son purchased and gifted me a Groupon for car window tint from Tint and Auto Express. They called him to schedule the appointment but were unable to do it in May due to rain. The next time they were going to be in our area was on Monday, June 26, and they made an appointment. My son waited here all day for them, but they never showed up. When he called at 4PM they said they had already left the area and would not be back until July. They then set another appointment for Monday, July 22nd. He received a confirmation email for July 15. He then called and they said "Oops, we goofed. It's still scheduled for July 22nd." On Sunday July 21st, they called and said they were in the area and could do it then. So that was OK, so they arrived about 1 PM. They immediately started to bait and switch us. You need these additional small windows, $15 ea extra. And the standard tint is only warrantied for 2 yrs but for and additional $89 they would do the better tint and not charge for the 2 additional windows. When we refused, they then offered to do the job for and additional $55 cash. Ok, so we agreed and they did the job. They then asked us to inspect it, and it looked good, so we paid the $55 cash. We then asked for a receipt and they said it would be emailed and they gave us a business card for David Hoeksema, Owner. On Monday we called the main number, it turned out to be a totally different business that knew nothing of the Tint company. We then tried the 888 number on the card but no one answered it. There was a 3rd number (239-878-8089) which appears to be a cell phone for David. He answered and said that they would send out the receipt by email. When it didn't arrive by Wednesday I called again. This time there was no answer, so I left a message. No one responded. I called again on Friday and left another message. The following Monday I had not received any call or email, so I called from a different phone. This time David answered. He apologized and said they would get one out right away. When it didn't arrive by Tuesday night, I called again. This time there was no answer, so I left a message and tried calling again from the 2nd phone. Again, no answer but I left another message. I then told my husband that perhaps they recognized my numbers and thus didn't answer. So on Wednesday he called from his cell phone. David answered, said they had a new person in the office, and that it would be sent out when he got back to the office. When it didn't arrive by Thursday he called again. David answered, said he was sorry and he would take care of it. When it didn't arrive by Friday my husband called again. No answer. He left a message. No reply. On Monday he called again, this time being more forceful in the message he left. Nothing. On Wednesday, Aug 7th he called again, stating that if he did not hear back by that evening we were going to report our dissatisfaction to Groupon. Since we have not heard from them, we are registering this complaint. more

Check out this scam company at BBB before hiring! The guy is a total scam artist and LIAR! Read all the many negative reviews before calling him. I was ripped off and had to go to a professional body shop to have my car repaired after he damaged it!! No return phone calls, lies and says he will repair it and then never shows up as scheduled numerous times! more

Scam artist!!!!!! Stay away! Check with BBB and the Sheriff's office to see David Hoeksema mug shots!! I was ripped off and only wish I would have read the many negative reviews out there! I am getting my car repaired at a body shop after his ""tinting"" ruined it! Good luck with him ever returning phone calls also! more

I bought the groupon for tinting for 5 windows on Feb. 11th. It took me 3 weeks just to get in contact to make an appointment because their voicemail inbox was full every time I called. I made an appointment for Sunday the 10th, they never showed up.I called and they assured me it wouldn't happen again. So I re-scheduled for another appointment for the 14th, they called saying they were going to be there an hour late. They did not show up and didn't answer their phone when I called back. This is possibly the worse customer service I've had and I had to ask for a complete refund!! more

This company did a great job on my car. Their staff was friendly and very helpful. The technician was very knowledgeable and eager to help. He explained me the different types of tints and was very patient. Im already on schedule for my 2nd car tinting job! more

Mathew and Sara did a great job, came to my house, the day I called, tinted my front 2 car windows in titanium tint to match factory SUV tint perfectly over the rest of my car, they did my brothers car& it looks like a whole new car! We also needed an indoor window redone due to scratches from the window coming off it's track! It looks absolutely spectacular! The room loses no light but you don't get the overwhelming heat standing next to it! Only issue is I have not received my emailed receipt a week later. Will def call to finish the rest of my indoor sliding glass doors!! THANKS GUYS!! more

I bought the deal through Groupon and I regret. I'm gonna call Groupon tomorrow to ask for money back. The worst service in Florida. The guy who claimed that is an owner tried to sell me plus $90 telling me that this deal is cheap and not good. I had bubbles on my windows for a week and finally they are gone but my windows are like before. Probably he put some cheap tint and now I'm gonna pay to take the film out of my windows and to pay to put new ones. Bad experience at all. more

I am not impressed with speed when it comes to upgrading my vehicle. They don't protect your vehicle - I'd like to see towels and fender protection. My car ended up with some new scratches when they rubbed up against my car in their jeans. As for overall quality it's average. more

Used this company through groupon deal. After multiple calls and no return calls from Matthew and one excuse after another of why, over 2 months later (first call was Sept 7 and tint was finally done yesterday Nov 28th) We were than told there will be extra fees because of the type of car which was never discussed prior to them starting this job, so after they began putting the tint on they added fees. RIP OFF!!! Never asked what type of vehicle over the phone and never explained the possibility of the specific tint for this deal, nor was it listed in the groupon details. Very disappointed with this company and I hope no one else falls for this scam! more

I am extremely impressed with the tint job I had one on my 2006 Subaru Forester. I called on a Friday, and they came out Saturday morning to my home and did the job in my driveway. They called me an hour before they would be there- they were right on time. I've had tint jobs done on 7 vehicles over the past 10-15 years and I have to say that Tint and Audio Express has surpassed them all. I am extremely meticulous about my cars and have no complaints. Matt and David were extremely professional and neat. I had all 7 windows tinted and I also had the front windshield tinted with the clear coat tint which I HIGHLY recommend. I wish I had this sooner. I wear prescription eyeglasses (no sunglasses) and in the Florida sun this clear-coat windshield tint is a LIFESAVER. I'll be calling Tint and Audio Express back out to tint my other car's windshield. Thank You very much Matt and David. My Forester looks better than I thought it would. more

I had Tint & Audio Express tint my side windows. I bought their service through a Groupon. The guy they sent was prompt and on time, but the first thing he tells me is that I have the worst back window of all the cars. So, my $89 Groupon ended up costing $200. He then told me that he wouldn't do it and he'd give me my money back unless I upgraded to a higher tint. He was in a big rush, and I didn't care for that. It should take about 45 minutes and he took about 25. As he was finishing, I was telling him that there were bubbles in my windows. He claimed it was normal. It took over a week for them to go away, but they finally did. He just seemed like he was eager to move on to the next customer. It was too much of a rush. They've called me three times asking for my email, but I still haven't got a receipt. more

I would definitely recommend Tint and Audio Express. It was great. They came to my job, worked on my window, did what I wanted, and it came out beautifully. They said they would be there, and they were there. more

Dave, the owner of "" Tint and Audio Express"" is a complete and total loser who loves beating on women. He's a scam artist who lies to every customer he gets by saying his Tint is the best and will last 10 years. What a croc. Almost every car he's tinted in the past has had to be retinted in less than a year after his great handywork. I love his lifetime warranty. He'll never come back and his film is really the cheapest film you can buy. He'll tell you it's Global Film and trust me it's not. Nano film on your windshield by thid punk is the worst mistake you could make. Oh, and everything else he does sucks too............bitch more
