Tina's is decent restaurant, but it is not one of the best in Oregon. I think because it is in Dundee, a lot is forgiven. In France, Guide Michelin does not forgive things just because a restaurant is rurally located. It is expensive, it is a tightly packed room, there is no music playing, and my lamb was overcooked! While the server was knowledgeable, we rarely saw her. Great service does not mean taking the order, dropping off the food, and delivering the check. On another occaision I experienced arrogant attitudes from the staff. I'm not saying I'll never go back, I'm just tired of hearing the hype.
Pros: Good wine list, decent food
Cons: arrogant servers, no music, expensive$$$
