Best

I absolutely love this place. They are friendly and upbeat. They have plenty of people and space to accomodate walk-ins and I just love the positive vibe of the place.

Horrible hygiene and job 7/26/2011

I visited Tina's recentely and they did a horrible job. the nail polish was more on my skin than my nails. They talk in there native language about you thinking you dont know what they are saying but you know because they point the tool they are using at you. Also when I took my mother there to get a pedicure for mothers day a few days later she got fungus on her foot. I really dont recommend Tina's nails to anyone. more

SPA 7/21/2010

Good: They do a nise job.. Bad: One of the "ladys" kept yelling Hello so in so it was not very relaxing and its more of a lets set them gown and give them a quick pedi/mani.. Improvements: Quietness and more colors.. more

"No respect" 5/18/2010

I went to Tina's for the very first time and I know they can speak English but the workers talk to eachother in their native language about the customers right in their FACE!!!! The workers think that the customers don't know what they are saying but guess what? I KNEW WHAT THEY WERE SAYING AND IT WAS NOT NICE!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE!!!! WHO DO YOU AT TINA'S THINK YOU ARE? HOW DARE YOU SAY SUCH CRAP RIGHT IN YOUR CUSTOMER'S FACE! more

English 5/10/2010

The service is great and location is clean. My biggest complaint is that I know they can speak English but will only talk to each other and it sounds like they are talking about the clients. Most disturbing as a client. They aren't the only ones that do it. I have looked a long time to find a good place and this could be a deal breaker. more

New place is great 4/22/2010

The new location is great, much easier to get to and the new store is really nice. I've been going to Tina's for years and I've always gotten great service there. more

No Service Skills 3/21/2010

Very unhappy!! I tryed Tina's Nails in their new location. After having a full set applied and returning home I could see that the nails were not properly filed and looked as if I had done them myself. I returned 2 days later to have my nails fixed. I spoke with Tina and she said that my nails had grown out and I needed a fill. I did not, they had only been done 2 days prior. She said she would make an appointment for a fill. She would not agree to fix what was not done correctly 2 days prior. I asked again for her assistance, she would not agree to help. I communicated to her that I was unhappy with her service and I would find another salon. She was okay with that. I would not recommend this salon as Tina does not support the quality of work that is done in her salon!! more

Terrible Service 6/12/2008

As new customers my sister and I went to Tina's Nails on Thursday, June 5, 2008. I have been getting my nails done professionally for over 30 years. My nails usually last for three weeks until I need a fill. On Sunday, June 8, 2008, several of my nails cracked and one even broke. My sister also experienced problems with her nails. On Tuesday, June 10, 2008, we returned to Tina's Nails expecting to receive quality, professional and excellent service. We explained our situation to Tina and showed her the poor nail job. We asked if she would repair our nails as a courtesy. We were led to believe that she would be happy to correct the errors as a professional courtesy. After looking at our nails she admitted that she rushed while doing our nails on June 5, 2008 and she would repair the damage. She also stated, in her judgment that we needed to get a full set of nails to properly repair the damage. At all times, Tina led us to believe this was a correction and courtesy job. The cost of a full set is $25. After she completed my nails and while she was still working on my sister, she indicated that we owed her $66 -- even if we had agreed to pay for the services, it should have totaled no more than $50. Tina was very deceptive in her dealings with us. I paid her $33 for my nails. My sister had no money to pay for her nails. Tina immediately stopped working my sister's nails and, in fact, said she wanted to remove the nails she had put on. I have never been treated in such a misleading and deceptive manner while dealing with a professional business. Tina put forth no effort to satisfy the customer. Tina was fully aware that we were both vulnerable because we initially informed her that we wanted our nails done to attend our mother's memorial services. I would not recommend anyone to support this business because of the lack of customer service and care. I, in fact, will be reporting this incident to the Washington State Board of Cosmetology and the Better Business Bureau. Since Tina did not finish my sister’s nails, we were forced to go to another nail salon. The proprietor agreed that we were, in his professional opinion, treated rudely and unfairly. Obviously, I had to pay for his services. The lack of customer care service on behalf of Tina’s Nails is inexcusable, unprofessional and only added to our grief during our time of bereavement. more

Best in all of Bothell 9/11/2006

I've been going to Tina's Nails for a couple of years and have always been impressed by the professionalism and the cleanliness of the shop. Tina is a perfectionist, not just in the way she does nails and pedicures but also in the way she keeps up her shop. She's also very friendly and the prices are great. more

Even a guy can have nice nails! 8/19/2005

I went to Tina's nail with my girlfriend as i chew my cuticles and my nails, and she wanted to see how they'd look with a manicure.. Yes it was a bit embarrassing, but they made me feel better about it, by telling me how many male customers they have frequently come in! they did a real nice job and since it was my first manicure its really hard to really judge how well of a job they did, but my fingers felt soft and smooth and my nails where all even length and rounded off! I don't snag on sheets anymore! :) I would go back again if i need it done as they didn't charge very much for the work they did! I tipped as well, not sure if you are supposed to or not? I do.. more
