Good Guy To Help Make Tough Decision 11/8/2013

A time comes in every car's life when you run into a seemingly small problem which balloons into what you might call a "life or death" decision. Do I do this expensive repair or get rid of the car? It pays to work with people you trust. I want to look into my mechanic's eyes and know I am being told the truth. Tim and his sons are those kind of people. People you can trust and have confidence in. more

I have never felt like I was being deceived, and the guys at Tim's are always clear about the work they have performed and why it was necessary. No one has ever tried to up sell me a service that I didn't need. From now on Tim's is my go to shop for all car repairs! more

I had a family emergency and had to leave town in a day. My car was already due for an oil change, and driving 10 hours without it seemed like a bad idea. Tim's took me in without an appointment, let me wait while the work was being done, and checked everything over (and replaced a part they found it needed) in preparation. Plus, great, comfy couch for the wait! more
