Time Warner is the Cable company for the Syracuse area, and while there are some things I'd like to see changed or added, they are making improvements. The Digital Video Recorder box and the ability ability to pause live tv is a great feature that has been out for a while. They have also added the abillity to pay your bill on the tv, as well as caller id that pops up on the screen if you have digital phone. The phone/cable/internet package is a pretty decent deal, especially if you make a lot of long distance calls. Also, their customer service is usually pretty knowledgable. Once they add better football coverage, or an optional football package, and more HD channels, I will give them 5 stars.
