I have been on a 2 year contract for by bundled services and received a letter in November telling me my service would go up (only)$17/mo or 14% if I renewed my contract for 2 more years. It would be automatically renewed unless I called. Dec bill was up $32.95/mo. Service advisor told me as many as 20,000 customers were affected by an IT problem on contract renewals but he would submit fix for my problem. I asked why they weren't proactivley fixing instead of waiting for customers to call and complain. No response. I think the reason is obvious and that TWC are hoping people don't catch the error. Pretty unethical I think. Check your bill if your are on a bundle contract. Actually, we should check all bills with this company. Buyer beware!
