After a friend of mine told me he and his band were playing here, I decided to take my daughter for dinner. After sitting at a table for over 20 minutes with NO acknowledement whatsoever, I decided to go to the bar just to get a drink. FAIL!! The bartender was too busy talking to some guy, NOT serving him, NOT making a drink, just chatting. Completely unaware of what was going on around her. Finally I had to call out to get her attention.........HELLLLOOOOOO!! Flirt all you want.....just take care of the rest of us in between! If they would only find servers and bartenders who actually care, I'd consider going back. The food wasn't half bad. more

We made it back for dinner and the food was great then too. Especially the seafood pasta and paella. more

I want to thank the reviewer who recommended the Sunday breakfast buffet, it was excellent. Reminder, it is breakfast more than brunch, 9am-noon. They have an excellent carving station with beef tenderloin, huge lump crabmeat at the omelet station, and eggs Benedict where the yolks are nice and runny. Haven't tried lunch or dinner yet, nut Sunday breakfast is great. And affordable at $14pp. more

I am a native of the area and this is a fantastic locals place. The atmosphere is great. Outdoor waterfront dining with live music and they have happy hour. The food is fresh and I have loved everything I've had on the menu. Don't miss the Sunday brunch. Great every day restaurant. more

Stopped in mid afternoon on a Saturday for drinks and a snack of peel and eat shrimp. They were great and nicely seasoned. A decent one man band was playing that added to the atmosphere. A few hours later we found ourselves driving around for a casual place for dinner and wound up going back. For a starter we shared a skewer of 6 large bacon wrapped scallops. Perfection!! Scallops were juicy and the bacon crisp. I had the blackened shrimp platter and the hubs had a fried shrimp platter. Both excellent and came with fries and slaw or rice and veggies. There was more entertainment at dinner and even tho we were seated fairly close, it wasn't too loud to have a conversation. Service was adequate and friendly. I like that there is a food server separate from the waiter to get the plates out quickly. View of the water is great! Would I return? I already did today! more

Great atmosphere, great food, great service! I love sitting outside here, there's always music playing and good food. The only thing is you might be bothered by a little fishy smell because of where it is. more

We had the blue crab dip (yummy), a dolphin rueben and an oyster po boy. It was all good and the service was friendly and well paced. We'll be happy to come back. more

Always wait too long to be acknowledged, service is mediocre at best, food every time has been disappointing, fish, even a simple burger! It's fun to people watch along the dock there but not a good place to eat, or drink for that matter. Several friends mocked me for taking them there. Not doin it again... more

Thia snapper is okay. The fish is on the old side and it is served on yellow rice. I've been to Thialand there is no yellow rice there, that was a big fail. more

Get the Blue Crab Dip! So good. & love the live music. more

Editorial review from Urbanspoon 6/20/2010

There were a lot of downfalls to thus place. Water is $2.50 a bottle, the service was slow, the waitress was rude, and the place is kind of a dive. If you are middle-aged and like to dance until the sun comes up while heavily inebriated and watching people slice fish in front of you, you may like this place. Otherwise, steer clear. more
