This goes to show how bad Mex food is in Central Florida. I guess if you like a wide variety of hot sauces, you're in luck. But if you don't know that this food sucks, you've never had decent mex food. more

Tijuana Flats is by far one of the best mex places to eat! i'm mexican and i know mexican food and tijuana flats has great food! i love their burritos and tacos! and the hot sauces are amazing!!! simply but i would definetly recommend eating here. Wow, I can't believe some people get so upset over ""human error"". Most of the employees are young, energetic, outgoing people who are trying their best to please, cut them some slack. So what if your order gets s***ed up once in awhile....my entire family and their spouses and my grand daughter all love Tijuana Flats. The food is always fresh and hot and it is served with a personal touch and a smile. Where else can you get this for a great price. We eat there 2 to 3 times a week, guess you could say we're true Tijuana fans. So s**ck your a** on over to one of their many convienent locations and try it, I bet you'll like it!!!!!! Pros: Quick, cheap, happy servers, many locations, great hot sauces.... Cons: Once in awhile the kitchen or computer terminal may skip a beat...oh well. more

Well, I'm disappointed to see so many negative comments. I for one, found the resturant to have amazing food. The beef and/or chicken burrito is what I usually get. Great food, and not too expensive. The hotsauce bar is always fun...I haven't gotten the courage to try the REALLY hot stuff, but it's fun choosing different ones to try with your food. Salsa and chips are the best I have ever had at a Mexican resturant, and crushed ice truly DOES take me to my happy place. Recommended for all ages if you're in need for a cheap, quick, Mexican meal. This place rocks! It blows away everyone else. Their food is better than anyone elses and so are their hot sauces. It's inexpensive and the ambience is fresh and lively. It's a cool place to hang out. Pros: Inexpensive, Fresh food, Rock and Roll more

THE BEST TEX-MEX I HAVE EVER HAD!!! TACOS ARE LARGER THAN ANY I HAVE EVER HAD AND THE CHIMICHANGAS ARE AWESOME. This is a place I frequent for lunch. I usually have the steak burrito and have to admit I haven't tried much else. The food has always been excelent, the service is dependant on how full the place is and the atmosphere is fun. I have to suggest getting a side of chips and salsa and/or queso. Good food, good times. Kids love it! Everything is fresh as they have no freezer. Friendly service. Better than any of the ""canned"" mexican sit down restaurants like Chevy's, Don Pucklos or Amigos. PR's is okay, but too noisy & too crowded, and not always kid friendly, besides not being able to park! I wish ther were more Tijuana's around, they are fast, easy, cheap and fun! Great concept. How this place received an 8.7 rating is beyond me. I've eaten there three times and the food didn't get any better. Reminded me of high school cafeteria days. For value and and for 'fast food', Tijuana Flats has to be one of the best places around. Great hardshell beef tacos and the sweet chili sauce (least of hot sauces) is great. Good burritos and great salsa. Quesadillas aren't bad either... more

Went to the Lake Mary location twice. The first time my order was royally screwed up. They gave me a $10 gift certificate so I would come back. Went back again and my order was screwed up AGAIN. It took them 3 tries to get one order correct. All we had was a salsa sampler, kids meal, and burritos. more
