Tiffany’s Catering Company catered our daughter's wedding reception. To say they catered it is a huge understatement. From our first planning meeting to the moment when our last guest left, they took care of every single detail and anticipated every need. They accommodated every request that we made in our initial tasting - including some complicated food allergy issues and special requested meals from the Bride and Groom. \r The day of the wedding we did not show up to the facility until 45 minutes after it was supposed to have started. Tiffany’s had kept all of the cocktail hour food warm, without it being overcooked or dried up. They appropriately timed out the cocktail hour so people did not seem so rushed and set the mood for the rest of the night. When food was served, that too had been kept without overcooking it, which I had been very nervous about.\r Tiffany’s had put into our proposal an option for my daughter and her husband to have “enhanced service.” It was a wonderful idea. This person fetched drinks for them when they were empty. They even found a person my daughter was looking for to go and speak to her. My daughter and her husband got up shortly after meals were served to thank their guests. Tiffany’s took the plates into the back and kept it warm for them. The moment they were sitting down their server was putting the food back in front of them just as fresh as the first time they set it down. One of the things my daughter says stood out most at her wedding was the service she got from her personal server and that all of the food was exactly the way it was in the tasting, which is why we initially had chosen Tiffany’s. \r We recommend them highly and cannot say enough about the quality of service, wonderful food, and attention to detail that they provide.\r more

Our son was married at our home and the wedding was beautiful in spite of Tiffany's. They catered the event and supplied the tent, table, chairs, table covering, archway. They showed up 2 hours before the ceremony. When we talked by phone setting this up they said they would be there at least 3 hours before. I requested that they come earlier because it's a wedding and we need to decorate. They said they'd try. They didn't. They didn't even call to let me know that they were running late. Just left us wondering if they coming at all.\r \r When they came the tent was dirty and had holes in it. Thank god it didn't rain! The chairs were dirty and they started to take everything down a half hour early. \r \r As if all this wasn't bad enough they dumped their hot charcoals beside my driveway in the weeds. It still had food stuff in it because my dog found it the next morning and was eating it. \r \r Don't get them for any special event!! more

I wanted affordable, easy, and green. Tiffany’s clearly had it all - a personal touch, creative solutions, beautiful and delish food, connections to all the right folks, everything! \r \r They were quick to respond to all calls and emails, went above and beyond to help in every aspect, stellar day-of coordination - all at an unbeatable price! The food was stunning, even to the standards of all the chefs in our midst. Presentation beautiful, and they even found the greenest serving options to meet my strict budget. They helped us every step along the way to offer money saving options, as well as creative solutions and ways to really impress. They anticipated everything, communicated clearly, and followed through beyond our expectations. \r \r The food was stunning, flawless! The buffets - BEAUTIFUL! Interactive stations, stellar servers, even help with decor and cake. \r \r I was on a mission to keep calm and enjoy a great party, never a bridezilla moment! I never even had the slightest concern! I was recently married and we hired Tiffany?s as our caterer. The reception was at a County Park and right away I felt good with my choice of Tiffany?s as they had catered there previously and knew what worked well and what did not. Being my first time planning an event like this I relied on the Party Planner they assigned me, to help guide my reception in the right direction. Their planner was great. She helped me have a great party and use the space well while also saving my some money which was nice because I was on a tight budget. The reception as wonderful, my guests raved over it. The food was excellent and their staff were cordial, they really made my guests fell welcome. If you?re looking for a knowledgeable, experienced caterer, look no further than Tiffany?s. more

TERRIBLE! Very uprofessional and unreliable. My order was not processed at all. They did not even appologize or provide a reason they just hung up the phone in an insulting manner. I was told GO FINALYZE YOUR ORDER SOME WHERE ELSE!!I had to change my whole plan on the day of my event with another company! more

My new husband and I hired Tiffany's to do our wedding reception in September. I had heard about them from a friend who had attended an event they had catered previously. From my first call to Tiffany's all the way to the call I recieved after my reception from the owner congratulating me on my marraige and checking to see how I thought things went, I was treated with respect and care. We decided on going with a station themed menu (Italian, carving, grill and dessert) plus Tiffanys was able to arrange all our rentals for the reception (tent, tables, chairs, dance floor & DJ). On the day of the event everything was spot on, the staff was friendly and kept our guests and I very happy. The food stations were laid out very well with attractive looking decorations and finishing touches. Everything was so wonderful from beginning to end I can't say enough on how friendly the staff was. If you are planning an event you should definetly consider Tiffany's to be your caterer. more

My company hired Tiffanys to do our summer outing. Tiffany's worked with our budget to give us an outstanding menu for our 75 employees (hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, pulled pork, salads and hot sides). All the staff I delt with was very friendly and personable. Our party went great. Tiffanys grilled our food fresh and was served hot and on time. They kept the beverages ice cold even though it was 80+ degrees out that day. I would recommend Tiffanys to any company looking to have a fun no hassle time with their next company outing. more

I Threw a surpirse birthday party for my wife in May. I had never really planned a party before, normally my wife takes care of those arrangements. So from the beginning I was totally lost. The party planners and sales staff from Tiffanys help me put together a terrific event that included appetizers, a hot buffet and an open bar. All the food was excellent and I got nothing but compliements from guests. When it was time for cake the staff cut and passed it out to my guests which I was not expecting. Everyone was so friendly and helpful to myself and all our guests. They even got a plate for my wife's 85 year old mother who can't walk very well. My entire expierence from start to finish with Tiffanys was first rate. more

Tiffany's Catering was one of the best choices I made in my wedding. They handled all the details wonderfully and were delightful to work with. Additionally, they gave us a lot of flexibility in our menu items and always promptly replied whenever we had any questions or concerns. We received so many compliments on the food everything turned out beautifully. Another to note was their wait staff was incredibly professional and thoughtful. They even courteously set aside a full platter of hors d'oeuvres for us to enjoy whenever there was a private moment. i would highly recommend their services to any bride planning her special day. more

Tiffany's was a terrific choice for our wedding reception in Central New York. They are stylish, delicious and professional. Our catering coordinator at Tiffany's handled everything with impeccable timeliness and taste. We emailed back and forth so many times... planning and restructuring the budget and menu. Tiffany's catered our wedding in February 2011. People are still talking about the amazing food!! We worked with Melissa, who is an absolute gem and Howard the owner, who seemed like he could not do enough for me. Melissa put me so at ease and really did double duty as my party coordinator. On top of serving incredible food and having great bar tenders, the team made the place and tables look stunning - bettter than I ever imagined. She took liberties with the presentations - all of which I loved. They assigned a personal server to my new husband and I , so we never lacked for a drink or appetizer. more

One star is two much! This company is awful, we hired them to cater our wedding reception. In the begining Howard the owner couldn't be more helpful as soon as we gave them our deposit things changed fast. Communication was awul they were rude, howard and his sidekick eric would take weeks to get back to me. They overcharged us at the reception and refused to provide any service till we paid the additional amount. So My reception started late and we had to ask family for money to pay the additional amount, we missed family pictures and everything started an hour late! The waitstaff was horrible they were rude and swore openly about my guests. The food was all cold and the potatoes were boxed. It took them over 2 hours to serve 100 people. The bar ran out of beer two hrs before the reception ended. The Bartender would yell at my guests. The power went out for 20 minutes because of something they did in the kitchen, we had no lights or music complete darkness. The bartender would yell over everyone at the reception to the other side. In the end when I was complaining about all of this the owner Howard would refuse to deal with me and would hang up on me. When I asked Howard what the problem with the electic was, he literaly grunted and walked away from me.We rented a tent from them and it rained they didn't bring extra linens so I had guests sitting at wet tables. I reported them to the Better Buisness Bureau. If you are a bride don't let them ruin your day they are a joke. If you already gave them money walk away and let them keep your deposit its worth it! I wish a million times over that I had . Please don't let them ruin your event! I beg of you do your buisness elsewhere! Please don't support them. Cons: everything more

We had a very disappointing experience with Tiffany's Catering service. Initially we were persuaded by their ability to handle both food and rentals, but soon realized that they could not handle either. Despite numerous meetings where we discussed details and how we wanted the wedding to be organized, the staff were extremely condescending and rude. We rented a tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, and linens. All were overpriced and had scratches and cuts. The rented tables were atrocious. Appetizers were displayed poorly and did not taste the same as those given to us during our tasting. Today we found numerous pieces of appetizers in the trash with one bite taken out of them and our guests had thrown them away. We had the choice of prime rib or chicken piccata for dinner. Food was served lukewarm despite numerous requests that food be served very hot. The chicken was extremely dry. Asparagus with dinner was canned. There is no excuse for not using fresh asparagus this time of year. Multiple details that we requested were missed, including table cloths on some tables. Overall, the staff was very unprofessional and disappointing. We were most frustrated with the request that we pay for everything, including the 15% gratuity (close to $2000) in advance of food service, although they certainly did not deserve it.
