I agree with the other girl who said she had an initial good experience. I am in the middle of working with Tiffanys and have spent a lot of money there, because I have purchased shoes, dress, and bridesmaids dresses there. When my dress came, it was made wrong and was not long enough. The consultant tried to convince me to just wear flats and not heels to deal with the length issue! Then they agreed to order me another one, but I ended up just altering the one in-store. When 2 of my bridesmaids found out they were pregnant, Tiffany's would not work with them to find a comparable maternity gown, and they ended up having to order it elsewhere. Every time I go in, I have a different person helping me, and I'm usually left standing by myself for long periods of time because they seem to schedule concurrent appointments. Then they told me that they would call me when my bridesmaid dresses were ready, but they didn't. I finally called today (three weeks before my wedding) and the woman said, ""oh yeah, they are here, i don't know why you weren't called."" Meanwhile, all of my bridesmaids were in town last weekend and could have picked up the dress then. Now, they all have to pay a $25 shipping fee to have their dress shipped to them (because I do not trust Tiffany's to make the alterations.)
