I used to purchase tickets from other sites all the time. Once I was introduced to TicketCity, I wont go anywhere else. Their maps, prices, selection and overall experience is just.. better. LOVE Them! more

Beware of these SCAMMERS - got to an event with the tickets from TicketCity and they wouldn't scan... The introduction of electronic tickets in circulation causes multiple people to get the same ticket, it becomes a race to the event and whoever gets there first gets in.... everyone else gets denied.\r \r HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE more

Excellent Service!! 10/11/2010

I sold tickets to Ticketcity. They made the process incredibly easy. I submitted my offer and got a response within an hour. My tickets were for an event the next day so I did have to overnight them to Austin. I was nervous the company would be a scam. However they issued me a check the same day they received the tickets and I reached my rep on his cell on his day off to confirm the sale. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. more

I've used TicketCity for a number of years for tickets for myself, and for gifts for others. TicketCity makes me look like the star when I come through with hard-to-find tickets for my friends and family! Pros: great service, always able to help with whatever I want more

Great ticket broker 5/21/2010

I have been using Ticket City for over 6 years and have always been very impressed. I have bought everything from UT Football tickets, to NY Yankee tickets, to musicals, to obscure concerts. No matter what I have been looking for, they can find it. Pros: Can find tickets to anything...anywhere! more

Awesome local company 5/17/2010

I've been getting all of my tickets from Ticket City for over 10 years and LOVE this company. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered tickets at a certain price only to be upgraded to better seats for free! The staff bends over backwards to make sure I'm happy & they know everything about all the venues. Ask for Rick or Caroline!! Pros: Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff Cons: nada more

Best Ticket Site Out There 5/15/2010

I've been a loyal customer of TicketCity for four years and just want to say that they are the best ticket site out there. I've used them to get tickets from the Masters, to MLB to Tom Petty and I've never been unsatisfied with the price or the service. They aren't going to kill you with ridiculous fees. and they give you better options that some other Hubs or Masters out there! Pros: Great pricing, great customer service more

The only place to get tickets 5/13/2010

My first experience with Ticket City was when I was in highschool back in 1991. UT was coming to the Erwin Center on their Achtung Baby tour and since I had missed their Joshua Tree tour I was determined to see them. Apparently eveyone else in Austin was determined to see them as well because it sold out immediately. Pros: Great customer service, fair prices more

BEWARE!!!Biggest Scammers Ever!!! 12/29/2009

I bought my son football tickets as a Christmas present and paid for them from Ticketcity. Three days later, they email me saying that they could not give me the tickets because they were already sold!!! And when I bought tickets it said on the website that they had them on hand, ready to ship!!! How can someone be sure they are going to get tickets even if he pays for them??? Pros: No Pro! Cons: Totally Unreliable site!!! more
