Tic Toc Clock Shop

So happy to have my clock repaired today by Tic Toc Clock Shop!! They knew what they were doing!! Josh was very courteous and clean which is more than I can say about the last place I called!! I will definately recommend them to everyone!!! more

I wished I had read the reviews that people wrote:(\r before I took my clock to these people\r my only problem with the clock..... not keeping time (to slow)\r \r First of all, the owner is extremely unprofessional and arrogant. He actually told me on the phone that ""I was not his only customer"" very condescending. \r \r took them a month and three weeks to even make a decision on whether or not the it was repairable? (the balance had to be 100% in order for it to be accurate, they tell me) the balance is the tic-er an inch size gear swinging back and forth it is in plain sight once you open the back.\r \r To make matters worse once they assured me that the balance was 100% and the clock could be repaired and function-able and accurate I was ok..... or so I thought.\r \r No communication from them I called them back two weeks later.. The owners says it was not ok... may or may not be able to fix it...? and they made the decision for me after I explicitly said DO NOT DO ANYTHING to the clock if there is a un repairable problem with it aka BAD BALANCE (the clock would not keep correct time with a bad balance)...what did they do...?\r \r First and foremost I just wanted the clock to be accurate and ON TIME. The owner told me they would not do any repair if they were unsure of any balance issues.....The owner tells me.. he may not be able to fix the clock (the balance) to make it keep time but he still planed to charge me full price for the work done...?\r \r Even if it did not keep time...? In my opinion that's not right . This is a clock shop? clocks are to be accurate?. not to mention they wanted $275 to do this so called fix. more

Tic Toc runs a fair business, and they are honest with their customers. Owners, Shelley and Billy, not only have a large assortment of clocks, but effectively fix and repair clocks for a quality price. Numerous people I know use them to have their clocks refurbished, serviced, and repaired. Even their service guy Josh is a very nice and polite guy. Astoundingly, Tic Toc has experienced employees who come from a family with a legacy in the clock business, which does make an evident difference in the quality of their work. I have been pleased with their superior work and their genuine customer service. more

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at this store. I had a very old family clock that needed to be serviced and Shelly & Billy were nothing but the best!!!!!!! I will refer any of my friends and family to them when needed. more

We have a clock that is well over one hundred years old: this is the only shop that has had success getting it running: Now it keeps perfect time. \r We also bought two clocks made by Sligh - both were given great discounts & we love these. more

My grandfather clock had stopped running and were told it probably just needed to be oiled. The repairman came to our house and opened the door to the clock and placed his hand on the windup hole and showed me some oil residue and said you need a complete overhaul for $750.00. I asked him to at least oil it since this was part of the $85.00 service fee he charged me and did so reluctantly. I am still no happy with the attitude or the service and the clock is still not working. more

i ordered a cuckoo clock for my husband for christmas. upon receiving it, we set it up. the very same day it was running 2 hrs fast. cuckood 21 times on the hr. we returned it and they refunded the money minus shipping of 20.00 which i paid for. it cost another 22 to send back. they did not offer to pay for return shipping which i would not have had to do if it worked properly. now they say it works fine. why would i pay so much to return something that worked fine. we purchased another from clockway and are very happy. much nicer and actually has adjustments. more

I am very happy with their customer service. I recently purchased a cuckoo clock and within 4 days, I got my cuckoo clock.. They are fast and they do very good customer service. The owner of the store was the one who called me to advise that my cuckoo clock has arrived and that we can pick it up anytime. Great customer service! I love the selections at this clock shop! The prices are well below suggested retail and its a family owned business and they treat you like family while your there! I bought several clocks there and I will continue to for years to come. more

I came to this place looking for a good gift for my grandmother. She loves old clocks and I decided to check this place out. They were somewhat pricey but I found some extraordinary wall clocks. I am not an expert on antique clocks but there were a lot of clocks that appealed to my taste. While I did not buy a clock here I am sure others will find what they want. more
