Terrible option unless you are completely desperate. I paid $52 for a $20 ticket to a Miami Marlins game. I called them 3 minutes after I order to cancel and they said there was no way they would refund my money. Never do business with this organization. This is scalping out in the open. I have filed a BBB complaint and hope they are visited by the authorities. Run, don't walk away from this organization. more

I needed last minute Twins tickets and Ticket King came through! Their website is easy to use and when I called with a question, a friendly staff member answered on the first ring! My tickets had no service fees, which was a nice surprise compared to other ticket websites I use. I am for sure using Ticket King again for other Minnesota sports tickets!! more

Ticket King is amazing! I always use them for Twins and Wild Games and they provide nothing but great service and good prices. Some of my friends have used Ticketmaster and have had horrible experiences. I wouldn't know because I've always used Ticket King and am quick to recommend it to anyone. more

I had a really good experience with ticket king. I really liked that they let me pick it up from them so that I didn't have to pay for shipping. I also got free service too. I buy Twins tickets from them all the time. The seats were great and I had a great time. I'd definitely recommend them. It's honest, good people who are looking out for you. more

Ticket King is such a great company! I bought the tickets on their website, I got a call right away that my order came through to them and that my tickets were ready to pick up. When I stopped in before the Twins game to pick up my tickets, I had my two nephews with me, and the owner gave both of them some Twins Bobble heads! My nephews were SO excited! It just made their day, almost more than the actual game! ha! \r \r There was one time when the tickets I had ordered online had been bought right before I placed my order, but I was UPGRADED to a much better section, which was super cool!\r \r I will continue to use Ticket King because of their great seats, excellent customer service, and no service fees! more

I went to the Twins game a week ago and got seats in the FRONT ROW behind the Vistors dugout, from Ticket King. The seats were AMAZING and much better than I could have gotten from the box office. There were a lot of great options to chose from, in all different kinds of price levels! Sitting in the dugout boxes are super cool, those seats have their own lounge area with concessions and bathrooms. I took my 3 month old son and my 4 and 6 year old nephews, so we used those facilities quite often and I didn't wait once for food or to use the bathroom, and we didn't have to run up all the stairs to change a diaper or use the restroom. Not to mention, the seats were fantastic. Front row, right in the action! One of my nephews got a ball from one of the players, who passed the ball right over the dugout to him. And my son and I got on the jumbo tron and TV Broadcast! I ordered online, the Ticket King website is really easy to use. I chose in store Minneapolis pick up, which was FREE!!!! and the store was really easy to find, on a non-congested intersection on the edge of downtown Minneapolis. I will for sure be using Ticket King again for all my Twins games, as well as any other event I plan on going to! The fact that they don't charge a service fee is just the icing on the cake! more

I bought Minnesota Vikings tickets online from Ticket King and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the transaction was. Plus, they are a local business and I like to support local companies. Picking up my tickets was easy and the sales person called me to make sure I knew where to go. The office is close to the Metrodome and they were even open on Sunday which made picking up my tickets really easy. I would use them again. more
