Attendant at turn in was great. She knew we were in a hurry and tried her best to get us on our way.

Worst

Even though there were mistakes in the specifics of what I was getting charged they fixed the problem when I returned the car.

There was a bit of confusion regarding the ever frustrating fuel issue on my rental. I had been convinced to pay Thrifty on return when I picked up (normally I fuel myself up), somehow the contract didn't reflect this, but the lot attendant came up with a fair and reasonable compromise. I'm a Thrifty enthusiast as a result. more

Prompt, courteous service (pick up especially). Return team didn't seem to care that car had a loud rattle which limited my confidence in the vehicle. more

Wait was a little long, but they happily switched me from a truck to a smaller Buick. Was disappointed that they didn't escort me to the vehicle as I had seen them do for the customers ahead of me, but left me to find the car on my own. more
