On Saturday October 5, 2013 I had one of the WORST customer service experiences with this company causing me to wait over an hour for the shuttle, 40 minutes to receive my rental at 5:00 am and to miss an appointment causing me to lose $100.00 deposit. I have left 2 messages for the location manager, a message with the reservation line and a voicemail message with the customer service manager but have yet to receive a call back. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
