Fabulous Hair Salon 11/5/2009

One appointment at Three-13 and you'll be hooked! All the Technicians and staff are attententive and professional while keeping a very upd-beat and modern vibe. I love that they truly listen and take to heart what I'm attempting to achieve with my hair and make it happen. Richard does amazing color and has great ideas for how to let the cut speak for itself while Jem does her funky thing with the styling that always keeps me excited about my hair style. Great People, Great Service 11/5/2009

Have been a customer for over 20 years. The best hair stylist are the ones that make it. They have to work hard and love what they do to be a part of this team. You get the right amount of attention - not overbearing - but not ignored. I like going to a place that remembers me and does not try to push the latest craze. With that said - this is not a stodgy place at all - they are creative and cutting edge. Pros: People are well trained Cons: I drive across town to get here more

Can't beat it! 11/5/2009

My husband bought me a gift certificate for Three 13 Salon about 9 years ago. I went once and absolutely LOVED it. It is professional, yet laid back. Everyone is super nice. I live somewhat far from the salon, so once in a while, I go elsewhere and let me tell you - I regret it every time! I have yet to find a sylist as good as Carrie - she gives me a perfect cut every time and does it effortlessly. I've had my hair colored and highlighted there as well and Michael did a fantastic job. I am confident that all their stylists are just as talented. Go once and I guarantee you'll be hooked like I was! Pros: Excellent in every way! more

Loyal customer for 15 years 11/5/2009

I've been going to Three-13 for at least 15 years. I've had my coloring done by numerous stylists but Matt is the best. My hair looks great every time he colors it. As for haircuts, Lilia is the best. The downside is that whenever the sylists move up the ladder, their prices increase which forces me down to a lower level stylist. And I've never had a bad haircut from a lower lever stylist either. I had to go back only ONCE for a redo and that was because not enough was taken off. They are all professionals!!! I've been a client for over 15 years. The staff is wonderful, very professional, can't say enough about them. I have strayed once in a while when I can't afford to go but will be a loyal client for as long as their doors are open which I believe too be as long as my lifetime. From the moment you walk in, to the time you leave you are made to feel that your presence really matters. Three-13 has a great staff of employees. Who are beyond cool =) This is the most unique salon I've ever been to. I'm in my 30's and my daughter is 16 and we both feel the same about it. Love love love! AMAZING 11/4/2009

My first visit to 313 was to have my hair highlighted now 11 years later I still look forward to going every time to see Melanie. I know every time I go in Im going to come out loving it. She is absolutely amazing, most of the time I dont even have to tell her what I want, she already knows. Some people say that the prices can get exspensive but you so get what you pay for. I have ventured off to other places just to see and have always ended up back at 313. Thank you 313 for all the years of great service Pros: best all around more

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THREE 13 11/4/2009

I have to say that I absolutely love this salon. I was going to the same hair lady for 5 years and she'd always just do an 'ok' job, never exactly what I wanted (color or cut)...so my friend suggested Michael to me to get my color fixed. I was hesitant at first, but I went and loved the results! He is an awesome colorist and person! SO FRIENDLY! I've been going to him ever since and refuse to let anyone else color my hair. I have also had a few other services and they were all wonderful. The only downside was my haircut. I only wanted a trim because I am trying to grow my hair out for a friend's wedding...but she cut more off then I would have liked. That was the ONLY issue I've ever had with them. I always suggest Three 13 to my friends. Other reviews complain about the price, but honestly, you get what you pay for...and if you want lower prices you'll get poor results. No good color is less than $100 anymore. Pros: Friendly people, massages, facials, everything!! more

Great cut, great color, great fun 11/4/2009

super nice place! waiting area is very comfortable and has a free drink fountain! everyone is always very friendly. CC cuts my hair and is THE BEST !!!(i have a short hairstyle that everyone else would always mess up) it's also fun to chat with him. Georgia does my color(all over and highlights) and it always looks great! she is super sweet too!! i wish i had gone there sooner but i thought they wouldn't be friendly...I WAS SOOO WRONG! do yourself and your hair a favor and GO TO THREE=13! Best salon I have ever been to! 11/4/2009

I have been going to Three Thirteen for many years now and I have not let anyone else touch my hair since I have been going there. I moved to Chattanooga 5 years ago and I still make the drive for my regular appointments, it's so worth it to me! It's one of my favorite ways to pamper myself and I have never had a bad experience there. I would recommend this salon to anyone, I am sure they will love it as much as I do!!!! Unique Salon and Spa 11/4/2009

Great place to get a little pampering with a hair cut. First the wash bowls are really comfortable. Every other place I've been leaves you with a crick in your neck but not here- very nice! Next, they include a hand paraffin treatment and neck and head message! They give you tons of options for extra treatments and are not pushy about sales. I got a super cute cute by Daniel! They also offer all kinds of services like parties and such! Great Place- try them out! Just a heads up- everyone there seems to have a ""Gothic"" style, which is fun to observe if your not into gothic dressing yourself! Pros: super cute cuts and very friendly staff! more

My Best for 13 Years 11/4/2009

Even the receptionists are great here. I have been going for the past 13 years for cuts and more recently for color. Carrie is absolutely the best whether you want something new and hip or more conventional. Jason and Taylor are terrific color specialists. Three-13 treats every client like a queen (or King). I moved 50 miles away from Marietta eight years ago but it's worth the drive! Pros: Best stylists, colorists, and service Cons: Not a one more

Takes Good Care of You 11/4/2009

I love going to Three-13, every time, no matter what the service. I usually get haircuts, but I have gotten manis/pedis, massages, and eyebrow waxing. My sister has gotten her makeup done there. Every time, I am treated like my time spent there is the most important thing to the person/people taking care of me. I live for the parafin wax hand treatments and neck massages I get--just for a trim! My only complaint, which isn't really one because I understand, is that my favorite hair designer can be booked up for weeks--but he's just that good! In sum, this is the place to go to be pampered, no matter what service you would like! Pros: One-on-one personalization Cons: Appointments with your fave can be difficult to come by more

I have been going there for the last eight years and have always been treated as if I were a Queen. Shannon does and excellent job on my hair color and Arnie gave a me a short hair cut the looks great. Everyone were I work just loves the cut and the color. Great Place for the Full Treatment 11/4/2009

Love this place! I've been going here for over 10 years and have always been pleased with my results. Everyone always complements my hair and I tell them to see Arnie or Marion for a great cut and Jason for highlights! The massages are great too! Decent prices too! I can get partial highlights, a cut from a master and a full body massage for less than $300. There are not too many places you can say that about - and I didn't mention the FREE scalp/back massage and the pariffin dip! Pros: Talented Staff, Great Skills, People Oriented Cons: Make your appointment weeks ahead they are always real busy! more
