I love going to Three-13, every time, no matter what the service. I usually get haircuts, but I have gotten manis/pedis, massages, and eyebrow waxing. My sister has gotten her makeup done there. Every time, I am treated like my time spent there is the most important thing to the person/people taking care of me. I live for the parafin wax hand treatments and neck massages I get--just for a trim! My only complaint, which isn't really one because I understand, is that my favorite hair designer can be booked up for weeks--but he's just that good! In sum, this is the place to go to be pampered, no matter what service you would like!
Pros: One-on-one personalization
Cons: Appointments with your fave can be difficult to come by
