I LOVE this place! My eyebrows look great everytime, and I'm always able to get in and out in fifteen minutes. The women there are so friendly; they always offer aloe or anything else to chill your skin out after threading. I'm not going to be going anywhere else to get my eyebrows threaded! more

Yay! Finally a good eyebrow threading place in downtown. Quick walk from work and maybe get a good hot dog on the walk back? Very cool! Eyebrows are $6. Funny that the pics look nothing like the place haha! It's located in an malabar ave close to steven creek &kaily 1 (closer to mini car dealer ship ) so you can kinda figure out what the place would look like. Unless they did some good photo shop? Anyways, they did a good job, very fast, very nice. Highly recommended more

I recently went to this placefor getting my eyebrows done...While waiting for one of my freind, I saw this manager selling face masks I approaceed her and asked if she had any treatment for acne also..Then she handed me this vlcc 24k Active gold face masks...and it is working on my face more

Eyebrows look great but it cost $6bucks. I am not used to paying this much to get my eyebrows threaded. I have never paid over $12 so $6 surprised me. I need to find a regular person so I will have to pay $6 on a regular basis until I find someone better and cheaper if that exists in Santa clara area. more

ok at the risk of ridicule and because I am curious, what is the difference between plucking and this threading? Threading is a little like plucking but they are pulling out a lot of hairs in a stroke. I think that it lasts longer than plucking, too. It hurts like heck the first time but its not as bad the times after more

This place is such a treat!!! Quick friendly service and the women that work here are so nice, I didn't have to wait and got a gift of a beauty tip. They even have numbing gel (alo vera) if you need to help with the super sensitive parts. more

Great place to get your eyebrows done!!! This place definitely won me over! At first, never having tried threading (always been the waxing type), I was a bit skeptical and nervous, but my friend assured me that it's going to be great. simer was right. I had a great experience and my eyebrows came out looking stuffily and meticulously clean! Threading was a bit more painful than waxing, but not a big deal at all. It hurts just as much as plucking them yourself, but it's a much faster process. The owners of this place are great. Very friendly. Jessi is amazing! more

here was a free eyebrow threading and henna promotionon new year i've never heard of jessi's before, so i decided to give it a try. nothing can beat the word ""free"" and ""long lines."" (maybe, it's not true sometimes). this one was a good try . NEVER done any eyebrow threading/eyebrow plugging in my life! yes, i'm serious. and i'm a girl, yes. so this is the first time i've ever gotten something done to my eyebrows. i was completely nervous. more

I'm very particular about my eyebrows and this place satisfies even picky ol' me. :) I get my eyebrows threaded here every 2 weeks. They are very friendly and very quick. khubsurat and other salon are very busy, maybe because people aren't aware of it. Whatever the reason, you can literally get in and get out in 15 minutes or less. Eyebrow threading is $6, lip is $4 more

Jessi, the owner, has a wry sense of humor and I could see how that could annoy some people but I tend to enjoy her banter. She will scold you if you've tweezed your eyebrows in the middle etc. and will also tell you about her crazy night out the weekend before. Pay no attention if it's not your cup of tea, sit in the chair for 7 minutes as she threads away at your brows, and walk out a happy campe more

Very happy with the work that Jessi did on my uneven, thick eyebrows. I strayed from threading (been threading for many years, oh I am from the east coast - New jersy) and opted for waxing (bad idea) but in my defense I did not know there were salon's that did threading. Every salon that I ever came across did waxing and one fine day I moved to Santa clara ca and yelped and found Jessi With all the excellent reviews that I saw on yelp, thought I would try this. I have to say she has done an excellent job, giving me the brows that I wanted. She was very professional and asked what kind of shape I wanted and when she finished her work asked me to check and everything was perfect. She also asked whether I wanted any lotion or anything for my brows. Overall, a very pleasant experience, except for one thing, I did not tip her, shame on me. I guess I was in a rush, oh well I will definitely tip her when I go back the next time. Sorry Jessi ! Excellent work and you now have a repeat customer.next time i want to try her facial. more

I haven't been to any other threading studios so I can't really compare but I still believe that Persian women know how to shape eyebrows the best. I hate waxing my eyebrows because it irritates my skin, so threading them instead is more precise and clean. I've had Komal and jassi thread my eyebrows and they are both pretty good. $5.99 for eyebrows, not bad. more
