Yup, another 5 star review of this garage door company doors. Bolton just came to do a full replacement of our garage door after someone drove through our existing one. (And no, it was not me; I know that’s what you are thinking lol.) Bolton was EXTREMELY friendly, explained everything I needed to know about the work being done, and in the end we were left with a fantastic garage door that is about 1000 times better than our previous one. And just as other reviewers had said, he took time after it was all finished to give me tips on maintaining my new garage door. If you are having any kind of garage door issue - something small, or something large, I completely recommend this company. Trust the internet on this one - its right! more

no wonder they have so many great reviews 9/5/2014

I rarely write reviews, but I had such a good experience that I had to get the word out about Darryl and the quality and efficiency of the service he delivers. The man is an expert and a gentleman. He shows up as promised and his prices are very reasonable. He advised me to lubricate the main springs with a silicone lubricant once a month or so... then proceeded to give me a can with some lubricant in it to use till I can get around to buying a new one. Who does things like this these days? Only Darryl. Make sure you ask him to leave a magnet with his contact information on your garage door. You will not find a better garage door repair experience. I have nothing but good things to say. more

after i phoned this company it felt like a second past when my door was completely repaired 8/23/2014

I called at 2:30 p.m. and Mike phoned ahead with a time of arrival at 3:45 p.m. and he was on time. Mike was very thorough with explaining why the garage door had to be replaced and gave me different options for the replacement. Mike came back two days later and installed the present door. Mike was very professional, polite, and neat with his work. I will recommend this company Garage Door Services to anyone in need of excellent service. more

the paid a lot less than i had anticipated for such quality work 8/16/2014

Only Miles will be allowed to work on my garage doors. He is professional, arrived at the agreed time and was efficient. After the service my door ran quieter than it ever has. Moreover he tutored me on how to maintain the rollers, hinges and screw drive. He adjusted the spring tension and the track. The charge for all this service and instruction was much less than I expected. Very high recommendation. more

they are so experienced i love it 8/9/2014

Just when you think "customer service" is a lost art, this company reestablished my belief that the customer is valued and respected. My experience was VERY positive and educational. The technician, Shawn was on time, polite, professional, and most of all experienced. I had a spring above my garage door break and Shawn explained each sequence to properly repair the problem. After watching Shawn perform his duties I am relived I did not attempt this repair myself. I will recommend this company to all family and friends and to have them ask for Shawn!. Thank you this company and Shawn for a job well done. more

Once again, Shawn did an outstanding job! He provided us with an honest assessment of our garage doors. We will continue to do business with this company. Additionally, Shawn called me to give a more accurate estimate of his arrival which I greatly appreciated; it allowed me to take care of a couple of things instead of waiting around. more
