Thieves and liers they told me my car was gonna get fix if I replaced a 1,200$ part and it didn't fix the issue, now they are charging and won't remove the part or even a discount for their mistake now I have a broken car and a 2,200$ Bill and a useless car theys guys took my family's holiday money away don't let it happen to u more

Go Anywhere but There! 3/6/2012

I recently took my Nisson Truck to Thoroughbred Nisson to get the service light fixed. First time I drove out of the lot the light was still on. Second time around they wanted me to pay in advance for a part that would cost over $180. Plus there would be a charge for labor. Parker found that I didn't need that part. It was a broken vaccum hose. It cost me much less than the $180 Nisson part I didn't need. Now I am going to go back with my Honda and expect that I will be paying much less than what I was quoted at Chapman Honda. more

The guys at Thoroughbred Nissan are the top of the class. They will work with you in any way that they can. But you must tell them what you want. If something is too high i.e. the gap insurance, or the extended warranty or even the monthly payment. They will do what they can to gain your business. Talk to Danny Carrillo or Clarissa Soto.
