960 dollars for parts and two hours of labor. I found parts on Internet for 50 dollars.

Stay away!!! 7/11/2011

This has to be my worse experience ever as a home owner......I called Thompson for an AC tune up. They came and 'tuned it up' so to speak but kept saying that the refrigerant was old and that we needed to replace it or buy a new AC. The AC was running fine before the tune up.....now it doesnt cool at all. I dont know what they did....I guess they just wanted to prove that we needed another AC. The end result is that I am sweating like a pig thanks to these morons. PLEASE STAY AWAY! They have no ethics and will rip you off to porve a point!!! more
