The most u can do there is the oil change, this can be ok for that place. If you have to go for other things , service , or repairs , you need to go to other Nissan dealer, ..why...

Unlike any other car purchase 4/30/2012

I've driven nothing but Toyota my entire life. This time I wanted to try a Nissan. Al treated me better than any other car salesman has in the past. I will be sure to send customers to Thomas Nissan. The one low price was fast and simple. more

Patient and Answered All My Questions 4/29/2012

Ted was very patient and helpful. He answered all my questions and never pressured me to make a decision. I came in looking for a particular car and after we visited with Ted for a bit, he suggested the Altima 3.5SR. We drove it and loved it!! I will recommend Ted and Thomas Nissan of Joliet to anyone I know looking to buy a car. more

Overall I was very pleased with my experience at Thomas Nissan. I like their no hassle approach. Their prices were low and there were no strings attached. What you see is what you get. Ted Wilde couldn't have been more helpful with our process. I would definately recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. more

Shocking would be understated! 2/2/2012

I've never felt so at ease and comfortable as I did buying my new 2012 Nissan Sentra from Thomas Nissan. They told me about a ""One Price"" philosophy which at first seemed like just another gimmick a car dealer created to sell cars. To my surprise it was exactly what they said it would be and more. Marc, my salesman, did a fantastic job. Answered all my questions and not once did he make me feel any pressure to make a decision. I would recommend Thomas Nissan to anyone. more

Very Honest and reliable 11/21/2011

I contacted them to make sure I was being treated fairly at a competitor. They took they time to explain and answered all my questions. Even though they knew that they would not be making anything off me.\r My vehicle was too far away to advocate the cost of towing, but I would of if I could.\r I appreciate the honest and integretity of the business! more

Never go there for service 9/28/2011

The most u can do there is the oil change, this can be ok for that place. If you have to go for other things , service , or repairs , you need to go to other Nissan dealer, ..why? If you dont believe this mesg, go and do what ever you want and you will believe after. You will find out what mistake u did going there for service . It is probably the worst Nissan dealer, place, ever. No professionals , they overcharge -thieves , waiting time is incredible, ordering wrong parts, and so..its incredible how stupid is that place. Watch out. more

My initial call to Tom in Service, the confirmation call received from Amanda, and the detailed report received from Rick were all professionally handled with courtesy. Even the cashier was helpful and kind. We switched over to Thomas Nissan from another Nissan dealership...........and I am glad that we did!!!!\r Auto service is not always a pleasant experience, but Thomas Nissan clearly knows how to treat the customer.\r more
