Great company. 2/28/2016

Did a great job and did it quickly when we needed heat. Owner himself came out after dark in a rainstorm to help us. Have used them for years and they are very reliable and do quality work. Everyone friendly and professional from the office staff to the installers. more

They always find somthing wrong... 2/28/2016

Thermo Direct workers complete their work and seem to know about what they are doing BUT they always seem to find something else wrong with my HVAC system each time they come. It's never a simple maintenance call. Each time a different worker comes and states that I have a different problem about the same system. Ironically, it was TD who installed my HVAC. The system is about 6 years old. They are very cordial in the office and also the workers themselves. more

I've been a customer of Thermo Direct for years and everything has turned out well. I have nothing but raves for them because they are very responsible and caring. They kept my furnace going, then I moved into another place and they transferred the service there. I've had a very good relationship with them in getting things done that need to be done. I couldn't ask for a better service from the servicepeople and the staff. When I call, I get nothing but respect and they are just really nice. My experience has been great. They are very helpful and bend over backwards to make sure that what needs to be taken care of is taken care of. more

The staff was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Manger was always available if there were questions after your appointment. We were provided with excellent customer service! I would highly recommend Thermo Direct to all my friends and family members. The quality of work they provide is outstanding! more

They are really on their game. I have been using them for some years now. They show up when they say they are, or at least call you with a decent enough notice.They don't try to gauge you. They tell you what your system needs and the consequences for waiting. They are pretty good at telling you if there is an option of waiting to get something fixed or if it really is dire. They are a good trustworthy group. more

VERY COMPLETE IN THEIR WORK 2/8/2015

We were required by the Town of Cary to put in an exhaust system in our manufacturing facility to be able to manufacture our natural soap. The installation was flawless and when the Town of Cary requested that the louvered vent exit in the exit wall be replaced with a different style vent, Derek went right to work with the town's representative and in a timely manner came to a resolution.
