It was good, two of us had the portabella lasagna, which was delicious. One had a shrimp and scallop over pasta and the fourth had a choice cut steak and jumbo shrimp (chef special). The entree?s were very good. We shared a bottle of flying Fish Merlot, which was subtle, and accompanied the meals well enough. For dessert, we shared had their decadent chocolate ?something or rather? and it was rich but very good. Another ordered their chocolate pecan pie. The filling was wonderful, but the crust made the pie inedible? tough like plastic and completely tasteless? he sent it back and ordered the decadent chocolate dessert. Coffee was standard, nothing to write home about. The waitress was ok, but considering that until we had our entree?s, she only had our table to serve, she was a little too rushed for us? offering desert before one person at the table had finished his entree?.. etc.
Pros: Beautiful ambiance, entrees were good and attractive
Cons: Service was too rushed for a restaurant claiming "an experience" rather than a quick meal.
