What you see isn't what you get. I moved in on the premise that roommates would be matched up with you, your habits, and lifestyle, and instead was consistently stuck with under 21 deadbeats. They say they'll go to bat for you with the utilities, but they don't, and on top of it if you have an end unit, you can expect to be boxed in by vehicles, or ill placed snow piles. When you need the staff, they're incompetent, and when they make billing mistakes, they come off as arrogant and sure of themselves. They also have a compounding late fee structure(even when they're wrong and later overturned). All in all it's buyer beware, so take pictures of the unit when you move in, keep an excel sheet of your payments, and have a witness watch you turn in your check.
