you can go upstairs in a robe afterwards and steam, sauna, relax and shower...It's not a resort...it's affiliated with the Bay Club...so if you want to build a day around it...buy...

you can go upstairs in a robe afterwards and steam, sauna, relax and shower...It's not a resort...it's affiliated with the Bay Club...so if you want to build a day around it...buy a day pass to the club...do a yoga class, take a spin, weight room, etc...make a day or half day out of it. Get a massage and more...the best pedicures...they take an hour! Pros: always have high quality masseuses so you can take a chance more
