Had basement waterproofed so we could add a laundry room and rec room. Overall the installation went smoothly. Definitely not a fun looking job but job was done and all is good

This company is the worst. The owner came out and talked to.me all the way until they got all there money. When I told them we were not satisfied,he cancelled our warranty and refused to answer my calls. His son tried to bully me into thinking my basment was fine. After a ligjt rain the basment leaked. Installed a sump pump,never ran power to it. The owner again cussed me out. The worst of the worst. If I pay you,and once you get all your money,you turn into a demon. Bad buisness. more

DO NOT USE RITEWAY WATERPROOFING IN CHAGRIN FALLS! They left a huge hole in my yard and never fixed it despite numerous calls from me. Also, if they are having too many complaints, they turn off their phone lines so you can't get in touch with them! Avoid at all cost. more

Terrible company to deal with. Owner will not return calls. Work was not done correctly. Cement still has "wet patches" after being done a year ago. Please see the ripoff report website and BBB for more reviews more
