Respectful 8/10/2011

Just bought a puppy and feel that the experience was a good one. The reason why we felt comfortable buying from Puppy Palace was an experience that the owner denied a couple from buying a dog (Dalmation) whom already owned 4 small dogs, 2 cats and lived in an apartment with no yard. The owner appreciated their business but kindly denied them. I was glad she did, too many people are quick to buy an animal and not think about their situation or enviroment. Just giving an animal a home is not exactly the "right" answer all the time, especially when its not the "right" enviroment. more

Under investigation 7/7/2011

Nh state just got a letter from one of the employees there of her concerns in what's going on at the puppy palace. Besides the owner is not complying with state laws, she is also forging her Vets signature on health certificates on sick puppies just to sell them. She also tells her customers that puppies are coughing because of the shaving; the truth is that long trip on a dirty truck the puppies get kennel cough even die in there. This is disgusting! Those puppies have feelings & she is treating them just with the interest of making money! I hope she gets shut down!!! This is animal cruelty. Her own employee is starting to feel guilty! What a shame! more

CONFUSED WITH OTHER STORE 6/29/2011

Not sure what some of these people are talking about. Every time I have gone to the Puppy Palace, is always clean. Doesn't even smell bad. Pups look healthy and well cared for. I think at least some of these people must have gone to the other pet store in town just down the street. THAT place stinks to high heaven and those animals look sick. Between the two Puppy Palace is really a palace compared to the other place. more

rude 6/25/2011

I went inn there recently with my daughter, we were looking at the puppies, and they had no water in the teerrible bins that they are kept in!! They were all lethargic and sad looking!!! It's a wonder the state hasn't shut them down yet!! I feel bad for all of those who have gotten puppies from them, from what I am seeing... all they have are sick pups!!!! We will never go back! What a shame!!! more

TAKE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR YOUR ACTIONS AND CARELESS WAYS,JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE ANIMALS DOESN'T MEAN THE PUPS WILL BE HEALTHY ALL THE TIME THEIR IMMUNE SYSTEMS HAVE TO ADJUST AND IF A MISHAPS HAPPEN THINK YOUR HUMAN CHILD CAN BE HEALTHY TODAY AND TOMORROW SHE/HE COULD HAVE A TERMINAL DISEASE.DON'T BLAME THE BUSINESS FOR YOUR SELFISH MISTAKE TAKE CARE OF YOUR FAMILY THAT YOU BOUGHT AND SIGNED TO TAKE CARE OF WILLINGLY. I'm the Owner 4/15/2011

Good: There are many more happy customers than unhappy ones. I'm the owner. I try to make everyone happy, but with some people that is just impossible. People need to know how to communicate properly & take responsibility for THEIR CHOICES & keep their end of an agreement, regardless of how they FEEL. People judge, spread rumors & gossip based on heresay and emotion rather than fact. People shdn't think they can do it better unless they have tried. A puppy is very different than buying furniture-. Bad: My policies have gotten stricter because of a few horrible customers. All the more reason I love my puppies. I do and always will do my best-first for the puppies, then my customers. I know who I am and those who have said false, negative things aout me do not know me. There are always 2 sides to every story, so here's mine: I opened the store because I love animals, especially puppies. What better than doing something you love & make money too. Isn't that what everyone wants?. Improvements: It's not all about money, but it is a business. Some rules are ACTUAL LAW and must be followed. Others were added because some people are impulsive, careless, don't listen, don't read information provided, change their mind, are trying to pull a fast one, or are just plain stupid. The CONTRACT is meant to protect my business, the dog, AND the customer. Everyone here read and HAPPILY signed the contract. Guess it must only be valid as long as they are happy? Nobody forced them to agree, or sign, or buy.. Other: Puppies do get sick sometimes. It's an unfortunate part of life. I would never knowingly send a sick dog home with someone. That doesn't even make sense. How wd that help me? Because I make soooo much money on a dog? I don't. As for Norine-she's a lunatic who threatened my life. She (& others) have choices. She didn't want HER CHOICES. Don't complain about the choices after YOU AGREED to it. Why is it now MY fault YOU want to break the contract? Despite the noisy haters, I still love my job, poop & all!. more

They sell dying dogs 4/15/2011

Bad: Puppy Palace sold a close friend of mine 2 Yorkie puppies 2 weeks ago and surprise both are sick. One had kennel cough with an ear infection. But worse is the other puppy is dying of liver issues. He is skin and bones and now must be fed with prescription puppy formula. If he lives to be 6 months will need liver surgery.. Improvements: I would like to see Puppy Palace shut down since the owner continues to sell sick and diseased pets. The NHSPCA has had many complaints about this House of Death so I don't know why it hasn't been shut down.. Other: If you love animals and truly want a healthy pet DON'T buy one from Puppy Palace!. more

Bought 2 puppies both were ill! 4/15/2011

I had the unfortunate experience of having my heart broken by finding out one of the puppies is critically ill and will not live without a very special liver shunt surgery! The owner, Sharon new this puppy was sick and sold him anyway! I wonder how she is getting the Vetrinarian to sign the papers stating these dogs are healthy, unless of course she is removing those documents that indicate that poor little puppy is sick prior to the sale. She is only in this for the money and has an impossible refund policy. How could anyone return one of those precious puppies after falling in love with them. That is exacly what she is hoping happens so she won't have to take back a sick puppy and euthanize them! I will never forgive her for the grief she put me and my family through. She will get what is coming to her some day, that I am sure of! Wish I never stepped into that horrid place! negative 10 stars! more

The truth 3/19/2011

The puppies come from Liambriar Co, they get there on a truck smelling & looking poorly. She pays about 50-$200 dollars per puppy and sells them extremely high, then you bring them to the vet & they are sick. She does not stand by her puppies, for the price you pay and for the price she pays she should be honest enough to guarantee something she covers herself up with her 14 day warranty, after you bring the puppy home & fall in love how would you want to bring it back!!!??? What a shame!!!!! more

Buyer Beware 2/11/2011

Puppy Palace has a nice selection of puppies, however, they have VERY strict return policies and minimal health guarantees. A 30% restocking fee if you return within 14 days - even if the puppy is sick. They will not work with you if the puppy becomes sick even after you recently purchase the puppy. You'll still incur the vet costs and they will not share any of those expenses or offer you credits. And you need to make sure you have the right breed and environment for the puppy as they will not bend on their "no return" policies whatsoever. Buyers should know Puppy Palace is ALL BUSINESS and they have strict return policies. Bottom line...if you select a sick dog - you're stuck! more
