Good: There are many more happy customers than unhappy ones. I'm the owner. I try to make everyone happy, but with some people that is just impossible. People need to know how to communicate properly & take responsibility for THEIR CHOICES & keep their end of an agreement, regardless of how they FEEL. People judge, spread rumors & gossip based on heresay and emotion rather than fact. People shdn't think they can do it better unless they have tried. A puppy is very different than buying furniture-. Bad: My policies have gotten stricter because of a few horrible customers. All the more reason I love my puppies. I do and always will do my best-first for the puppies, then my customers. I know who I am and those who have said false, negative things aout me do not know me. There are always 2 sides to every story, so here's mine: I opened the store because I love animals, especially puppies. What better than doing something you love & make money too. Isn't that what everyone wants?. Improvements: It's not all about money, but it is a business. Some rules are ACTUAL LAW and must be followed. Others were added because some people are impulsive, careless, don't listen, don't read information provided, change their mind, are trying to pull a fast one, or are just plain stupid. The CONTRACT is meant to protect my business, the dog, AND the customer. Everyone here read and HAPPILY signed the contract. Guess it must only be valid as long as they are happy? Nobody forced them to agree, or sign, or buy.. Other: Puppies do get sick sometimes. It's an unfortunate part of life. I would never knowingly send a sick dog home with someone. That doesn't even make sense. How wd that help me? Because I make soooo much money on a dog? I don't. As for Norine-she's a lunatic who threatened my life. She (& others) have choices. She didn't want HER CHOICES. Don't complain about the choices after YOU AGREED to it. Why is it now MY fault YOU want to break the contract?
Despite the noisy haters, I still love my job, poop & all!.
